College is well-reputed and located in a posh area. It has great placements.
Placements: This college has great placements and mini-big companies like KPMG, Trident, etc., come for recruitment. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA. This college takes the placements very seriously and most of the students get recruited.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great but the only thing is people applying for hostel should pay around Rs. 5,000. Students getting placed in the hostel through college is 700. A lot of students don't got place in the hostel. But if one gets place in the hostel of the college then he/she can enjoy a lot of facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Most of them completed MBA course from very well-known colleges and universities. Most of them are pursuing CA or law degrees. They also help students even if the problem is not related to studies. So the faculty members are great.
Other: Different courses like BMS, BBA, BAF, etc., are offered. There are around 25 societies in college. Societies have their own specific fest, some of the fest names are Jallosh, Dhun, Rainbow Lane, etc. There are both inter-collegee and intra-college fests in Sydenham.

College life near Marine drive.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com in this college. This college provides a very good placement in top companies like Deloitte, TCS etc. Number of students are getting internship and placements as well through the Sydenham placement cell. It provides roles in the field of accounting, taxation, auditing etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good like it includes Libraries, laboratories, aur conditioned classrooms, canteens, stationery, Gymkhana etc. They conduct intercollege sports competitions and events like brouhaha, jalosh and many more.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very qualified and helpful. They solve the doubts of students irrespective that the doubt is silly or difficult. This course curriculum is relevant for students having interest in the field of accounting, taxation and auditing. There are 6 semesters and also the admission is quite quick and easy.

Review of Sydenham College.
Placements: Around 40%-50% of students got placed. Every year in January, around 30 companies visit our college including some big companies like KPMG, SBI TRIDENT, etc., The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA for the students who got placed. Sydenham College is well known for its placement.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is not as good as expected. It has one building that too very old and feels like a haunted house. It has a Gymkhana, where we have 3 games to play i.e., carrom, chess, and table tennis. Library of our college is very peaceful and we can study there for hours.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is not so good but most of the professors are very helpful. Also, they give importance to extracurricular activities which help students to grow in all fields. Examination of the college is not that tough. It is moderate.

Extremely satisfied for choosing this college .
Placements: Almost 80 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 5 Lacs per annum the average package offered was 3 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was 2 Lacs per annum. KPMG, Telle caller companies and banks were some of the top recruiters. About 10 percent go for internship. Research analyst was the top role offered.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course were library, computer labs, auditorium, gymnasium, classrooms with CCTV cameras, and projectors. The quality of the facilities in our hostel were good. The food was very good like it was not unhealthy, the medical facilities were basic and the canteen was decent.
Faculty: The teachers were qualified for our course they were very helpful and supporting throughout the course they always helped us. This course does make you industry ready and also makes you eligible for competitive exams. The semester exams were moderate not so hard not so easy the Pass percentage was above 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course so that I can get a graduate degree. The things to improve this course will be adding a practical training for students for 1-2 months. Events were organised on periodic intervals.

To be truth about my education experience
Placements: 20 percent of students were placed by our college
It is very less percentage
Most of the famous companies comes to sydenham collge for the placement drive
The average package was of 19 lakhs p.a
Most of the students do not take part in the placement drive
Infrastructure: The collge has average infrasturcture
The classrooms are also very average
There is metwork problem in the collge
The collge has recently installed Wi-Fi facility
The collge canteen is very poor the collge campus is not also that good
The collge has its own gymkhana
Faculty: The teaching staff of the college is very good
The teachers are very helfull
They are very generous
The college is under dr.homi bhabha university
The college conducts exams in semester model
The college refers Manan prakshan books for bcom
The collge passing percentage is 75%
Other: I selected this college for my bcom degree the collge doesnot have any attendance issue
