The college is good in its own way. It offers good quality education and career prospects.
Placements: Placements are average in this college. Students have to study and score good marks in academics to get placement opportunities. Amazon and Flipkart-level companies offer internships to our students. Only 20% of students get selected by the companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good enough and big for students to attend their classes. It has a library, labs, a playground, a big campus, etc. The canteen is well-maintained and clean to maintain hygiene. Annual sports day is organised by our college every year.
Faculty: Teachers are often highly valued for their qualifications and expertise, offering informed perspectives on a wide range of subjects. Their guidance can provide clarity and insight into academics knowledge, broader life lessons, and experience.
Other: The college organises fests, which is the main thing for students.

Review of Tara Devi Harakchand Kankaria Jain College.
Placements: Our college provides placements in good companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte, and Google. They come for interviews at the end of the 3rd year, and students with a good CGPA get accepted by the respective company. The minimum package is around 4-5 Lacs P.A., and the highest has been 12 Lacs P.A.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. The campus is very big, with a large playground and 2 turfs for football and cricket. Our college has a dedicated library where you can come and study or issue books to take home and study. There's a clean canteen, and the classrooms are also big and spacious.
Faculty: Our college currently follows the CCF curriculum issued by Calcutta University. The teaching staff is also very good and helpful. They are well-qualified in the respective subjects they teach. If a student studies sincerely in college, then they do not need to take any tuition outside.
Other: There are multiple courses offered by our college, such as BBA, B.Sc., B.Com, Mass Communication, Journalism, and many other courses. Our college also has an annual fest known as Ripples, which happens every winter. Known and talented artists come to our college to perform every year.

Average college with a nice infrastructure .
Placements: We didn’t get any companies coming in for placements. Just so you all know, it’s not like they promised us any placements in the first place. We got internships through the Calcutta University Summer Internship Programme. Overall, you will not get campus placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. We have Wi-Fi, but the college won’t give you the password; you will have to figure that part out on your own. You can ask a senior; most of us have the password. The classroom is big, and the library is good. Sports events, such as football and cricket, are available.
Faculty: The teachers are fine, but not very good. Their English is below average; even the English teachers use Hindi or Bengali. The college follows CU, so the course is more or less the same as any college providing B.Com (Hons). College exams are good, but the teachers are not that helpful.
Other: The campus looks good, and overall, THK Jain is a nice choice.

THK Jain college a good place for knowledge development.
Placements: Most of the students didn't get placed in the Science stream. But according to my knowledge, commerce students get placements and they get good job offers from the college. As I know someone from the College of Commerce stream, they got good jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good. The labs and classrooms are very good. The canteen also provides good food. There is also a supply of Wi-Fi which can be used by students anytime. There is also a playground and basketball court where we can play and also provide badminton.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. The staff is also helpful. And always the syllabus is completed. They also help to solve any doubts. They always take exams. Semester exams are taken by the University, but internal exams are taken by the college, and they sometimes reduce the syllabus also.
Other: They always provide information about other exams & encourage us to give it.

Great campus and great people. No ragging promoted and very good environment for studies.
Placements: The college placement percentage is around 60%. The highest salary was given around 12 Lacs, and the lowest around 3 Lacs. The companies that came were Wipro, Infosys, and TCS. 100% of students got internships. The top roles were for managers and general managers.
Infrastructure: This college provides the best infrastructure, a big campus, and a green environment. They give free Wi-Fi and free library subscriptions. A canteen is also present, but they charge very less for the food. And the buildings are good and have AC in every classroom, even in the library. No hostel facility is provided.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and very helpful in exams. They are quite knowledgeable, and their classes do get boring, but they teach well. B.Com is relevant for people pursuing chartered accountancy (CA). B.Com doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite easy if studied well, and the pass percentage is around 30%.

Best Facility, Infrastructure, and Good Placement in 2019.
Placements: Around 50% of students get placed in the course at THK Jain College. The highest package is 5-6 lakhs per year, the lowest package is 1-2 lakhs per year, and the average package is 3-4 lakhs per year. During placement drives, companies like Sony, LG, Birla, and Reliance participate. 100% of students in my batch secured internships in well-known companies. Top roles in my course include Accountant, Marketing Team, Assistant Manager, and Treasury Manager.
Infrastructure: My college has good facilities on campus. There’s a library where students can study or take books home to learn more about various topics. Free Wi-Fi is available in the computer labs, which are clean and equipped with new computers. Although there’s no hostel, the college ensures a cruelty-free environment with pure vegetarian food. The college also has a big playground for cricket, basketball, and other sports, as well as indoor games. Medical facilities are also available and well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable enough to teach us effectively, and we are grateful for their guidance. They offer extra classes for students who struggle to understand during regular sessions, so we don’t need private tutors. The curriculum is relevant for those aiming for a business background, making us more knowledgeable and better prepared for the future. We don’t have semester exams; instead, we have yearly exams, with a pass percentage of 30%.
Other: I always wanted to have my own business, and this course has made me more confident and knowledgeable in that pursuit. I believe we should have had a semester system during our time, but it has since been corrected for our juniors. My college organizes many events related to studies, fashion, and sports. Full scholarships are offered to students who scored 80% or above in 12th grade. We also visited factories to enhance our knowledge.
