Review of Tarakeswar Degree College.
Placements: The college is very old, and reputed students from the different district came to our college for studies. Our college does not provide placements, but students who pass out from our college get good jobs in private banks like ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge. There is a huge library with more than 3,000 books. Classrooms are neat and clean. The canteen is average, but the food served is reasonable. There is a huge playground where students pass their time by playing outdoor games.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very supportive and helpful. They help us in our studies and also council for our future growth. The course structure is well-organised and divided into 6 semesters. I am pursuing a B.A. in Sanskrit, but along with that, I am also studying subjects like geography.
Other: The best thing about our college is there is no ragging here, and students who try to do ragging will get strict punishment. Another plus point here is our college encourages students to take part in NCC and NSS and took them to various adventurous camp.
