Declining placement year by year, i.e. from 100% in 2015 to 20 % in 2017.

Placements: When I took admission, the placements were excellent. In the year 2015, there was 100% placement. 109 out of 112 eligible students were placed in TCS and rest were also placed in companies like Deloitte, CGI, Mindtree, Persistent. At that time, many students had more than one job offers. In 2016 also, the placement was quite good. 68 out of 120 eligible students were placed in TCS, i.e. 4 in CGI, 6 in Delloite, 5 in persistent, and 3 in IBM. In 2017, out of 156 eligible students, 23 are placed i...

The placements are average 2016 and 2017.

Placements: The placements in the college are average. TCS is our major recruiter. Speaking frankly, if your CGPA is above 7.0 and have luck in your favour, you will get placed in TCS. TCS recruits for assistant system engineer post. So, the job profile is also good. Apart from this, there are few companies including Delloite, Persistent, CGI, IXIA, Thought works, Direct, which visit our campus. But selection ratio of those companies is low. Even Microsoft is visiting our campus since last 2 years. But job ...

Our college provides mediocre placements with less fees, but the infrastructure is the worst.

Placements: Placements are good for IT stream as they get IT companies, but the core streams like EE, mechanical and civil hardly get core companies because rarely core companies visit this college. Most of our seniors got placed in TCS with an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. Byju's also recruited a few students with a salary package of 7 LPA. Almost 30% of the students from EE got placed in the first season.

Techno India, ECE branch - A few things to note before admissions.

Placements: The placements in the ECE department solely relies upon the IT sector companies with TCS being the mass recruiter. In fits and starts, a couple of other companies do come including the Capgemini, Progility Kirti to name a few. Deloitte has been visiting the college for a couple of years, and in the current 2018 batch, they picked 17, thus creating a satisfactory placement season for the ECE stream.

You will be moderately satisfied with the course and faculty members.

Placements: The placements are neither promised nor provided. But the faculty members provide us with a lot of training, and the interviews are well-arranged over a year after passing out. You can appear for many interviews, as the faculty members keep on asking the students, who are interested in jobs and likewise they sent the resumes of the students to the job offering sites.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty.

Placements: The placement was not good in the previous year, but before that year, the placement was good. Other colleges are better than this, and the infrastructure is also under construction. The college has two buildings and one football ground, and there also is a school on the campus. I should advise you to take this college only if you want to enjoy.

I am really dissatisfied about the placements of CE and ME they should improve it.

Placements: It is good for the CS IT, ECE, ES but not good for the civil and mechanical branch. The senior has got placed last year with an average package of Rs. 2.5 LPA to Rs. 3 LPA. The seniors of civil and mechanical were on strike because they did not get a job during the placements. The lowest salary offered was around Rs. 2 LPA and the highest salary offered was about Rs. 8 LPA, except that the Microsoft visited our college offering Rs. 9 lakhs per annum. Instead, they offered an internship of 30 tho...

The correct and original review of Techno India Salt Lake.

Placements: The placement of CSE is well when compared to the other branches. 70-80% of the students got placed in the last year with the highest package of 14 lacs per annum offered by Tata Consultancy Services. The lowest package was 2.5 lacs per annum that are also from the TATA Consultancy Services. Five students got an annual package greater than 10 lacs per annum. TCS and IBM are the major recruiters although, Microsoft hit the spot last year(2016). 70% of the students got an internship from the colle...

Faculty is satisfied up to my level, and need to work on placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: The placement is not bad. The placements for CSE and IT department are good, but there are few issues for core branches. The placements are not up to the mark in this year and previous year batch students. Few students got good packages, but the student's quantity is less in number. Even the mass recruiter like TCS placed less than 30% of the students.

College is good for non-core branches such as CSE, IT and ECE.

Placements: The college highly depends on mass recruiters. It is said that the college has a treaty with TCS that it has to recruit some undisclosed amount of students from every branch. Also, there are companies such as Microsoft, Thoughtworks, Tata Cummins and Deloitte which come to recruit every year.

Don't go for the BHM degree in Techno India, Salt Lake.

Placements: BHM students don't get placement from this college. Every year, students get training in hospitals in the 3-years course and the worst part is that if any student gets a job in off-campus, the department starts ignoring that particular student. Partialities are everywhere in this college. Don't expect anything if I you are average and have no good connection with faculty members.

Good placements with respect to software.

Placements: TCS is a mass recruiter. IBM, Texas Instruments, Deloitte, Labvantage and other big software companies come. After the first slot campus, mainly there is pool campus available. The whole Techno Group of Colleges come, so the selection after the first slot is hard. The salary offered is 3.2 LPA.

Core job seekers stay away from this college.

Placements: If an undergraduate is studying in CSE/IT/ECE, he is sure to get a job in IT giants like TCS/Infosys/Cognizant but the party is not over yet. The college also calls companies like Deloitte, Microsoft, Intel for placements. And yes, they do recruit from here. In the past years, 98% of students from these departments got placed. But there's more twist in here. Despite its reputation of being a big brand, this college fails to provide even 20 core jobs to over 400 mechanical/civil/electrical stude...

Good placement in 2017 but worst faculty ever I got.

Placements: Placement for our senior batch was excellent. Some top MNCs like Microsoft, TCS and other small companies visited our campus. 90% students have already got a job. TCS offered the job of a developer and a tester. Microsoft offered service related jobs to our seniors. 20% of the student got an internship offer by some small company.

A good college for non-core departments but average for core departments

Placements: Placement is average. The placement of core branch is very poor mainly of civil, no core company visits. But more than 80% students from CSE, IT, and ECE branch are placed in IT companies. In CSE, the highest package is 12 lakhs by Microsoft but the average package is 3 lacs by TCS. Only 2 students from civil were placed in TCS. Students receive an average stipend of Rs. 6000 for internship.

At the end I just want to say that all the private colleges are the same.

Placements: The college is quite good for IT placement but the core company placement is same as that of other colleges. From a total of 180 students in electrical, only 3 or 4 get the chance to be placed in private core firm. This year 43 out of 60 students got the chance to be placed in an IT firm. The placement of the student is not the college's fault. In this college, there are plenty of placement opportunities but they all seek for talent. If you have that then no one can stop you from getting you an ...

Somewhat satisfied with the faculty members and placements in 2016.

Placements: It highly depends on which stream you are in and how do you perform compared to your colleagues. If you are in the CSE department, your chances of getting placed is the maximum. TCS is the major recruiter for this college. There are ample opportunities as many other companies comes as well for recruitment.

College is so bad. This college doesn't offer core jobs if you are in core branch. Each and every year they enhance the seats but jobs are not there for core department like Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering. Only some Software Company comes for campus placement but they prefer only Software Department students like Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic and telecommunication.

Average private engineering college.

Placements: Usually service based companies come here like tcs, accenture offering 3-6 lpa. Some good startups also come alternate years, but during recession and layoffs, they are not coming. If you are considering for internships in cse, only some workshops are available by private companies, for which you have to pay to learn and work for them. So, learn dsa and some good development skills like fullstack, devops and apply for offcampus.

It is a good college and can be rated 6.5 out of 10.

Placements: The average placement rate in CSE, IT, and ECE is almost 90%. There are no good placements in core branches. Most of the core students go to software companies through their own efforts. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, etc. You can expect an average salary package of 4 LPA.
