A really good college with placements.

Placements: The TSEC has the best placements among all colleges of Mumbai University. Almost 80 to 90% of the students got placed. The highest package offered was 37 Lacs by Works Application and the lowest by the mass recruiters ranging from 3.15 lacs to 3.5 lacs. All reputed companies and startup and finance firm come to college. You get many options to get into the company of your choice with the suitable role.

Review of Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.

Placements: I have heard that they have good placements. They consider your extracurricular activities too. I hope that I will get a happening job. I will have to complain a little bit about MU, but I guess that this college is a quite good one. I suppose that the highest package offered was Rs. 18 lakhs and the lowest offer is Rs. 2 lakhs. The salary offer totally depends on the capability of the student.

Not very much satisfied with the faculty members, and the crowd was good on the campus.

Placements: The placements on the campus were not good that is less than 20% of the students got placed in the core field. A few got selected in the IT branch as well. The placement was good for the IT sector, and below average for chemical and nil for Biomed and biotech. The highest paygrade was given by Reliance Industries of 5. 5 LPA for chemical, and they picked three students. For IT sector, it was around 10 LPA. Wipro, Morgan Stanley, Delloite, Accenture, Infosys, GEP, Capgemini were a few companies f...

Good placements, bad infrastructure, decent faculty.

Placements: Placements are the best thing about TSEC. It is one of the best colleges affiliated to Mumbai University, with over 50 companies recruiting on campus. Gidwani sir is very nice and helps out with everything regarding placements. So, you don't have to worry much about forms/paperwork.

Honest review for Thadomal Sahani Enggineering College.

Placements: The campus placements are decent, and most of the students get good placements. The average packages are 3-4 lakhs per annum. Some students can grab higher packages. My senior got an amazing package of 12 lakhs per annum. Mainly depends on companies like TCL, Tech Mahindra, Accenture come every year with good jobs.

Provides a good opportunity to people who dare to dream.

Placements: The placement is really good. We observe big companies coming in for placements like Deloitte, PWC, Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Works Application and Directi. The placement is good for the computer department was almost 70% students getting a placement offer last year. The highest package was 32 lacs per annum by Works Application the lowest would be around 3 lacs by Mahindra. The college does not provide you with an internship so you have to find it yourself.

Overall a good college with good cut off. Hence, the crowd is also satisfactory.

Placements: The placements are good for IT and Computers while decent for electronics. For chemical, fair and for biomedical, poor. The highest salary is 5 LPA while the average is 3-4 LPA. Packages offered by the college are good with at least 60 percent of people placed.

One of the well-known colleges in Mumbai University. TSEC has a brand name.

Placements: Placement in the core chemical is worst as only 7 people got placed. Rest went for IT or sales jobs. There were NGOs also which took part in placements. Many of the IT people were having two job opportunities in hand but the chemical people were struggling to get a job.

TSEC is known for its placements and fests. There are opportunities available to shape one's career.

Placements: The placements are good with an average initial package of 3-4 LPA. Placements were mostly in the IT sector. MNCs like L & T, Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture, and visit for recruitment. Apart from the people who signed out, all the students who fulfilled the minimum percentage criteria, were placed by the end of the placement season.

A very good engineering college with a lot of fun.

Placements: We have good placements this year and the companies are still coming every week. Around 40 companies visited our campus which includes Seclore, Deloitte, EY, PWC, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys and WorksApps. WorksApps offered a package of 38 LPA but none got placed. Deloitte offered a package of 7 LPA. Around 70% students got placed and many are going for higher studies who have not appear for the placements.

TSEC- In the end the only thing that matters is if you get a good job. So all's well that ends well.

Placements: Placements are good if you are from IT, EXTC, COMPS branch. Many core companies come for these branches. About the remaining branch students, they usually get placed into MNCs or they don't sit for placements as the number of core companies which come to hire them are very less. Placement in IT and COMPS is almost 100%. Many good companies like Deloitte, PWC, Directi, Amdocs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Diebold, BnP, SAP come to hire the students.

A gist of Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.

Placements: I was placed in L&T Infotech as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Placements went smooth and most of the roles offered were engineer trainee or business analyst or software developers, etc. Most of the students were placed well on time and the average CTC offered was around 3 LPA.

The college is good, has a small campus and my faculty was good but the laboratories are just fine. It has a really good crowd and great location. There are lots of cultural activities occur throughout the year. There are two commerce colleges around it and the college is close to the station. Good frequency of buses. I recommend this to students who desire for a college in nice location and crowd and co- curricular activities. The studies are decent and the faculty has changed from the past two...
