Thankyou Thakur College of Science and Commerce.
Placements: Around 80% of students in my Zoology batch are placed. There was no average salary package offered. I am not aware of the companies that were recruiting. I am also unaware of the internship opportunities, but they are offered between courses. Specifically, I am not aware of the roles offered.
Infrastructure: We had good labs in the college, individually for Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany, with good conditions and design. I have not stayed in the hostel, but I have heard a lot of feedback from my friends who stay there. The food is good, and hygiene is maintained.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, but some of the teachers in Zoology are not up to the mark. Course content was relevant. It is difficult to pass semesters in this college as it is very strict, but it is good that students can prepare their own and work hard. I passed the Zoology course with 89% in 2024.
Other: I was interested in the science field, so I selected B.Sc. Zoology. I was in the 2021 batch, and the course I was pursuing was amazing, focusing on humans and animals. Improvements needed include adding more extracurricular activities and industrial visits, along with interactive lectures and practical sessions. One of my favorite fests is Tarangan, which is held every year in December. The crowd and fun are amazing, making those the best three days of the year. Regarding extracurricular activities, there are industrial visits and yearly camping trips.

Good placements, infrastructure and campus, beautiful college life, and placements.
Placements: Last year, about 90% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 8 lacs, and the lowest was 2 lacs. Mahindra, TCS, etc. are some of the recruiting companies. How to use your computer or do coding are some of the basics that are taught in my course. Also, the course at Thakur is very reputed.
Infrastructure: The college has a beautiful campus. All the facilities are provided: computer rooms are available for students, a library, an auditorium, a good canteen, a playing area, a gym, etc. are all the things there at the college. The washrooms of the college are also clean.
Faculty: The teachers at the college are helpful and clear your doubts. The curriculum here is according to the NEP structure and it is quite relevant for the students. The semester exams, whether they are practical or theoretical, are very tough and the exams are taken very strictly.

A good college if you want to explore yourself in the research field.
Placements: Around 70-75 percent of students get placed every year from this field. The highest package was around 8 Lacs and the lowest is 3 Lacs. The average package is around 4-5 Lacs. 90 percent of students get internship in FY only, and companies are MNCs, HOD in research and development.
Infrastructure: There is a good facility of library, which has more than 10k books, but it's non-AC, due to which there is very hot climate and not able to study for hours and hours. The washrooms are also not so maintained, and there is also no good availability of drinking water.
Faculty: Very strictly and smoothly exams are held, and the paper level is also moderate. The invigilators are also friendly. If you have any doubt or any problem related to examination, you can share, and they will help you as much as they can. The passing percentage is around 35 percent, which is easily scoreable.
Other: The course I have taken is only for researchers, as basic science is very important for R&D. There are many fests, scholarships, and extracurricular activities held every month.

A review for freshers or who want to take admission
Placements: Amazon, Microsoft or etc companies are recruiting student of this course and BSC, CS is a professional course, that can't easily get to everyone. For this course you have to score atleast 75 or 80 percent in board exam and in CET, you have to score above 90 or 91 percentile.
Infrastructure: The facilities is good and infrastructure is also good. Labs are very clean . There is library also available for college student only and separate sitting arrangement for girls and boys. You can get books for studying. Sports Is also available like basketball, boxing, cricket, and dance activity.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well qualified. The way they are teaching is nice. It depends on students as well how they studied for their course, or for future. Semester exam is tuff, its hard to get pass in semester.

Placements: I think around 10 to 20% students were placed the highest was something around 20 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 2 Lacs per annum Tata company and many more big and small companies Senior junior and etc. Positions were give to the students according to their interview.
Infrastructure: All is well maintained the Wi-Fi is speed the hostel the classrooms have AC and the corridors is quite maintained by the thakur college staff it's good hostel rooms providing good and clean room and big enough for 2 people and also library is very peaceful place for the study .
Faculty: Teachers always complete the portion on time and always come in time Yes the course will be very useful in future because future is all about technologies It's tough but if the student done the syllabus sincerely then it will be easy for them to score best in their semester .
Other: I was interested in it I think the strictness Events happen frequently there big event like tarangan.
