I am satisfied because it provides good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Faculty: Assessing aspects like the professors' expertise and teaching style, the relevance and organization of course material, and the quality and fairness of assessment, many highlight the college's reputation for quality education at an affordable cost, particularly among the Muslim community. However, some mention limitations in terms of campus infrastructure like small sports grounds and canteen facilities, and occasional concerns about hostel conditions.

A journey through growth and opportunities.

Faculty: The professors at the New College are well qualified and really care about their students. They take the time to explain the material and answer questions. The semester exams are challenging, but the professors are fair and over 60% of the students pass.

Moderate placements, lenient staff, importance given to sports.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive, fostering a harmonious relationship among students. The course provides basic knowledge of programming languages but may not make students fully industry-ready. As it is an autonomous college, the exam process is not complicated, and success depends on a solid understanding of the topics.

Good infrastructure for our course.

Placements: The information about our batch and course is that in my college, at least 70% marks are required for getting internships and placements. The average salary package offered ranges from Rs. 15,000 per year - 5 LPA.

Wonderful college experience. New College is only for gentlemen.

Faculty: I am in the aided stream, so my professors are all government staff who are well-experienced and knowledgeable, continuously acquiring knowledge. New college is now accredited with an NAAC A+ grade, which denotes that it is a very prestigious institution in Chennai.

Good to start career in CS.

Faculty: Teachers are good; some are MC/CS qualified. Teaching is average, but girls students are very few. B.Sc. courses are good, but industries hire M.Sc. students. The course curriculum is simple for first-year B.Sc. students; they have the same syllabus for physics, electronics, and math subjects. In the 2nd year, we introduce programming languages such as Java, and the 3rd year is advanced computer science. Semester exams are very easy; with one week of study, you can pass.

One of the cheapest and also best resource colleges in Namma Chennai, the new college.

Faculty: They have the best professors in our college. I am not sugarcoating, but they are the best professors. Every lesson and class conducted by them is very understandable by all the students. Many notes and resources are provided by the staff for the well-being of the students in our class.

I am satisfied because it provides good placements, infrastructure, and facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are all very kind and help us a lot apart from the syllabus. The course curriculum is relevant and all the students are ready for the industry. Our college added additional subjects like employability skills, environment science, English, and others like science, etc., to empower students. Out of 100, the passing marks are 35.

I really loved the program they conducted, like a student induction program.

Faculty: According to me, leaving some teachers and other faculties is providing the best of the best education system to the system. Though some teachers fail to accommodate with the class and maintain good connection. All the assignments and the projects are assigned on a particular time. Talking about the exams, I personally liked their exam-making system a lot because it gives a comprehensive way of regular exams for the students. In a single semester, there are 2 mid-sems which are held on a gap of ...

The way of teaching and clearing the doubts of the students.

Faculty: The faculty members here are very approachable as they reside on the same campus in which you stay and are always ready to help. Ajit Kumar Sir from Maths is very good; he is jolly in nature and makes the subject well understandable. I personally didn’t like our Physics faculty, Binson Babu, because of his accent, and I find it very difficult to understand his teaching. Two exams are held every semester: one mid-sem and one end-sem, along with 2 to 3 quizzes depending on the subject. It is compu...

One of the top minority colleges.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated but do not have time to teach us; many holidays during the weekend break study momentum. Teachers help us in building projects. Our institute is autonomous; our professors decide the syllabus and conduct exams. The syllabus is good and contains all IT subjects. The semester is difficult, but passing only needs 27/70 marks, which is easy to score.

Very much satisfied with the placements at the New College.

Faculty: The teachers are very friendly and highly qualified. The teacher teaches the students logically, which will be useful for the students to gain knowledge. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are not so tough, but if you do not study, then it will be hard to pass the exam. The minimum pass percentage is 35% of the total mark.

Satisfied with my college's infrastructure, placement, and sports facilities, which are excellent.

Faculty: Our course teachers are very good. They are teaching, apart from the syllabus, and are very useful. Semester exam questions are almost covered in the syllabus. The pass percentage is 40%. Exams are very well conducted by our faculty members. Sometimes exams are difficult to write, but you get lots of experience.

Review of The New College.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and friendly. They treat all students equally. If we do anything wrong, their reaction will be negative. If we behave very well, they treat us very well. They are our mentors.
