There are more placements chances.
Placements: 1000+ students are placed in BCA Data Science and Big Data Analytics. Around 1.5 Lacs to 2.5 Lacs was the salary package offered per year. IBM, TCS. Most of the students get an internship in TCS company around 70% of students get an internship from my course in TCS company. Data analyst, data scientist, data engineer etc.
Infrastructure: We have full-time free Wi-Fi on campus, and all class rooms are fully air-conditioned. There are well-defined library facilities. The hostel room is also provided by the college with a mess and canteen. In the hostel, doctors come daily for routine check-ups. Sports activities like indoor and outdoor games are available in the hostel .

Very good college and nice campus.
Placements: 15% of students have studied in my course. The lowest package was Rs 62.500 and the highest package was Rs 75.000. Companies such as Microsoft, IBM, and TCS are recruiting students. 50% of students will get an internship from Microsoft. Software developer and data scientist are the top roles offered in my course. .
Infrastructure: In our department, Wi-Fi labs and libraries are there. Hostel facilities are good and the food is average. Transport facilities are available in the hostel as well. Medical facilities are available and sports and games are held every year.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful and their teaching quality is good. for the academic subjects teaching quality is good. Faculty members are knowledgeable. Yes, this curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are okay not that difficult.

Review of The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placements is very low and those who are getting placement are in a very low-level company. 2.5 LPA is around the lowest package we get usually and the average will be around 4 LPA. The course didn't provide internships for students; the students should find the internship for themselves. The top roles offered in the course will be junior coder roles, usually in any startup company.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in the college is very good , even though the campus is very small. The facilities are good; we have ACs and a good digital board here and good lab facilities and for gaming students, they have separate PCs for gaming. The hostel is also good; we have ACs in the hostel, the food is also adjustable and the rooms are cleaned every day.
Faculty: The faculties available here are not that experienced, most of the teachers for the first-year students are freshers, and the teachers are not capable for teaching some times. The course curriculum is not bad but sometimes it feels like some things are not needed. The semester exam are not that tough; the curriculum will provide so many pdfs for the exam that include study bank. The pass percentage will always be above 90 percent because the exams are not tough.
Other: I have chosen this course because of the cyber security and ethical hacking but the reality is they have not been teaching these things for the last 1 and a half years. I didn't feel anything that was best in this course. I think to improve this course, they should add more content about cyber security and ethical hacking. The college is not providing that many events; most of the events are conducted by the students, and the university only provides a little bit of money for the event. The college is providing NSS and other things that are good, and the college is located in the city itself.

Very nice college and nice campus.
Placements: 15% of students were placed in my course.62500 is the lowest and 75000 is the highest package offered in our course. Microsoft is the top recruiting company 50% of students get internships. Data scientist, data engineer, ai developed are the roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: In our department, facilities like free Wi-Fi, labs, and a library are available. Hostel room facilities are good, but the food is bad. Transportation facilities are okay, and medical facilities are good. The sports and games held in the hostel were enjoyable, and overall, the hostel facilities are good except for the food.
Faculty: Yes, they? Re very helpful and highly qualified and intelligent. And excellent teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant, it can make the students industry-ready The semester exams are not that difficult, the pass percentage is almost 90 percentage.

Really good infrastructure and facilities .
Placements: None of the students from my batch are placed. We do not know about how placements are done or the average salary package offered in our course. The top recruiting company is TCS, and we also have modules related to our course taught by people from IBM.
Infrastructure: Yenepoya college has excellent infrastructure and facilities for students. We have three IT labs with all necessary facilities, including Wi-Fi. The college also has a very good library that students can use for their studies. Yenepoya provides excellent hostel facilities compared to other colleges. Good-quality food with a proper menu is provided. A wide variety of food is available not only in the hostel but also in the college canteens. Yenepoya has its hospital, and in case of any medical issues, we can consult the doctors there. Our college encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities such as sports, games, and cultural events. Programs are also conducted each semester to engage students in these activities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. Our course curriculum prepares students to be industry-ready. We also have access to Coursera and TCS, allowing us to take additional courses to enhance our industry readiness. Lab assistants are available to help us with practical work in the lab.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the IT field, and I was particularly eager to study AI, which is a relevant and emerging domain today. I wish we had more practical studies instead of so much theory. While theory is essential, skills are mandatory at the end of the day. More theoretical knowledge combined with hands-on lab work would be great. We have events, fests, and a mediocre campus crowd. The campus is beautiful and eco-friendly. Scholarships are provided for eligible students, and students can participate in extracurricular activities, as we have events related to them each semester.

The reality of BCA in Yenepoya University.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placement is very low, and the students who get placements are very few. The highest placement in the college is around 4 LPA only, and the lowest will go as low as 1 lpa. The top recruiting companies vary by time, and in BCA, roles vary at different times.
Infrastructure: The facilities available on the campus are nice, but the area is very small and it doesn’t feel like a college; it feels like an institution. However, all the classes have AC, digital boards, good benches, etc. The hostel is also good, and the food and the facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers are all freshers for the BCA course for the first-year students, and there are only a few senior faculty members on the campus. They are good at teaching, but the fresher teachers are not at all good at teaching. The semester exams are not that difficult.
Other: I chose this course because of the specializations provided here, but the actual thing is there is no proper curriculum for these specializations. If we want to study, we have to study on our own.
