BBA in Aviation, Travel and Tourism - Batch of 2023

A good college with good infrastructure, lectures, and other stuff.
Placements: BBA aviation travel and tourism 2023 batch students didn't get any placements. As we are COVID-19 batch students, it is difficult for us to get placements. There are job fairs with limited companies, but they are not related to our course. Lecturers share details with us if there are any recruitment drives anywhere.
Infrastructure: Yenapoya University has good infrastructure with cleanliness around the campus. Every floor has 12-15 classrooms with high-tech digital screens, 2 air-conditioners, and operational CCTV cameras. There is a biometric for students and lecturers. Our canteen provides good and clean food. Its price starting from Rs. 10-100.
Faculty: Lecturers at our college are very good, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of them have very good experience. They are skilful and very friendly. MCQs are for 50%. Long questions are for 50%, which are very much within the syllabus and study material. The passing percentage is around 40% of the total marks.
Other: It's a few meters walk from the national highway. Our college is surrounded by nature. There is a basketball court and a volleyball court. Our college conducts industrial visits.

Supportive faculty, practical curriculum, vibrant campus life, and room for more industry exposure.
Placements: Our college has a good placement record. Over 60% of the students were placed. Top companies like Infosys and IBM recruited students. The average package offered was around 25k per month. Almost all students got internships in our college, and most were offered top roles.
Infrastructure: Our course offers high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped labs with modern equipment, smart classrooms for interactive learning, and a comprehensive library with digital resources and study space, providing a well-rounded academic environment. The hostel has clean rooms, Wi-Fi, and common areas. The mess offers nutritious, varied meals. The campus has a medical facility with basic services and 24/7 assistance, plus sports facilities for games like football, cricket, and indoor sports.
Faculty: The teachers are usually helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, making the teaching quality solid. The curriculum is often relevant and aims to prepare students for industry needs. Semester exams are moderately tough, and pass rates vary but are typically decent.
Other: I'm a second-year student pursuing a BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM). I chose this course because it aligns with my career goals and interests. The best parts of this course are the practical projects and the supportive faculty. However, I would love to have more industry exposure and updated teaching methods. The events and fests on campus are fun and diverse, and the campus crowd is friendly. The connectivity on campus is okay, but it could be improved. The campus surroundings are decent, and scholarships are available. The extracurricular activities offered are good and cater to all interests.

The college is so good, and I would recommend it to everyone.
Placements: Most of the students in my course were placed at the end of the semester. The highest package was 7 Lakh per annum. Top recruitment companies include many like SCT Logistics and Fulfillment, etc. Top roles include Human Resource Manager, Port Manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are one of the greatest things in our college; they are beyond the future and include everything a student requires. The hostel is also very rich in facilities, including good food, a football court, mess facilities, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very educated here at Yenepoya. They help us in every situation and are very helpful when we need them. The course is curriculum-relevant, and they assign us project work to make us more efficient for our industry. Semester exams are considered to be easy.
Other: I chose this college because I love to be a part of port management. My dad was a marine engineer, and he's my greatest inspiration to work toward my future. I wish the course were more engaging by providing us with more work and activities so that we can be more involved.
