Comprehensive and Industry-Relevant Curriculum with Scope for Improvement.
Placements: 30% to 40% of students get placed in our institute every year. Last year approximately 7 LPA were offered by the company and each year the highest average package is about 5 LPA. Companies like Capgemini, Infosys, TCS etc. are coming to our college. Mostly students got placed in the post of IT support executive.
Infrastructure: Our branch has good facilities. We have a proper computer lab, analogue lab, digital lab, and Simulation lab, We also visit labs that help us in many ways. Our canteen is also very good. The quality of food is also too good. Quantity is also sufficient.
Faculty: Yes, our teacher is also very knowledgeable, and they are very friendly too. Their teaching skill is also very good. They teach us from a practical perspective way so that we can be knowledgeable enough to take a job in the industry. The semester exam is quite average not too tough and not too easy.
Other: I love this subject and course because I have an interest in microchips and also in communication technology.

It's a very good college for engineering and is also value for money.
Placements: This is the best college for good education. The placements are high. I love the college as it helps students have a good future. More than 1 Lac students have achieved their goals from this college. 60 students are present in our college.
Infrastructure: It is the best campus and is under CCTV surveillance. Free Wi-Fi is available. A playground is available from in 2022, and its name is International Cricket Stadium. A big playground is available. A sports week is held every 6 months with good facilities. Hostel facilities are available.
Faculty: The faculty members are awesome. Their teaching quality is good. Full-time faculty are available. They are helpful. The course makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are less difficult, and the pass percentage is 50%. Most of the faculty are PhD holders and M.Tech holders.
Other: It's a government college, so the semester fee is less than other degree colleges in the state.

Worst engineering college in Tripura.
Placements: The placements are offered once in a very blue moon but don't expect any. Start preparing for GATE or the other competitive exams while you are still in this college as you won't be getting any placements. And the authorities don't bother themselves with it. The last campus drive was organised in the year 2015, L&T came and interviewed the CSE and the ECE branch together, and only two of them were selected.
Infrastructure: No medical, outdoor sports or indoor sports facilities are provided within the campus. There is no hostel. The equipment in the lab are mostly old or defected. Though the scenario in the ECE and the electrical branches is improving, I'm sure that the other branches will follow too.
Faculty: In my branch, ECE final year, the classes were being taken by the temporary M.Tech lecturers. Most of them are M.Tech pass outs from the state university and not even a single NIT. Such was the condition of our classes. The faculty were more interested in the administrative activities than taking the classes which is why the M.Tech lecturers were appointed. The politics among the students and the teachers or the teachers themselves can often be felt. The college hires some professionals from MNC's to assist the final year students in their final year projects who are often found to be harassing and exploiting the students.

This institute is bad in all aspects.
Placements: Placement is zero at this institute. Hardly, any company comes every alternative year but doesn't send any call letter to selected students. No student gets the chance to any internship. Students have to take training by their own funding, and those trainings are also not helpful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very bad. The academic building is yet to finish, after that we can say this institute has a good academic building. Classrooms are not that modern type. There is no Wi-Fi on the campus and labs are open only during the lab period, and some labs don't have equipment also. The library has enough book to complete the curriculum only with countable varieties. There is no hostel, and the new campus doesn't have any canteen, but the old campus has a canteen where the food is really bad and unhygienic. No medical and sports facility inside the institute.
Faculty: The faculty is not qualified and knowledgeable, and they are very unprofessional too. They are not at all helpful regarding curriculum. They always avoid students. The method of teaching is so bad that some faculty members only read the book in the classroom. Some faculty members are qualified, and they are graduates and teach the undergraduate students (now completing their post-graduation with the help of government sponsorship). Student to teacher ratio is also very low. The recent course curriculum is also very non-productive.
