The college has pretty average infrastructure but the teachers are very helpful in very situation .
Placements: I am not pretty sure about the placement, but I have seen 3 to 4 companies offer placement. The seniors also told us about the placement; it is kind of a normal placement a B.Com. college must have for the students. You can't expect higher if you don't have skills.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are okay? The library is pretty good to study in with a variety of books available; the canteen has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options; the best room, according to me, is the common room, which has a variety of indoor games like carrom, chess, table tennis, and is fun to play.
Faculty: The teachers are well-behaved and will have your back every time the exams held in the college test your ability to retain rather than skills and will help the students to ace in other exams. The teacher will help you throughout the college life.
Other: It is pretty fun to go to this college.

It is my personal advice .
Placements: 85-95% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in our college is 4.4 LPA. The average is around 2.2 LPA, and the lowest is around 1.2 LPA. 60% of the students get placements every year from the college. 80-90% of students get placements for internships and gain knowledge and skills.
Infrastructure: College Building: The main campus on Surya Sen Street has a five-story building, the front part of which is the old building, now recognized as heritage. Classrooms. Library. IT Facilities. Common Room. Seminar Hall. Canteen. Other Facilities.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. I like many of the teachers. Yes, this course is curriculum-related. Yes, it does make students industry-ready. The semester exams at this college are of average difficulty.

Really good for the student who are economically weak with better education
Placements: Our college have very less campus placement but there is an lots of opportunities of internship in different companies which boost our CV and helps us in getting jobs in reputed companies apart from this for commerce students our is planning to incorporate other career options like film making, graphic designing, interior designing, etc Our college assist in placement but not as private colleges. Our seniors are supportive they also provide tips and tricks for placement interview.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good as it has greenery in their entrance. But there is no hostel facilities, it has 5 floors along with 30+ class rooms, their some general facilities like library which provides enormous books with borrowing option, gym for sports person, computer lab with 50+ computers, science lab etc.. One more good thing is that there is relief in attendance for the student preparing for professional courses.
Faculty: There all teachers are well qualified and have ample knowledge in their respective fields. Our College has all teachers more than experience of 10 years in teaching field. Thers is some teachers who are CA finalists, and all have ther respective techniques of teaching with supportive nature. Overall they all are well qualified with genuine and supportive nature.
Other: I suggest once you must visit our campus and experience all what I experienced. Because I have shared all with my experience and knowledge.

Just a college for a name, nothing else.
Placements: Yes, this college has provided students with good placements most of the time. The College Dean is very sincere towards students' growth and placement. An average student gets a package of 2 LPA from this college placement. Students who have worked hard and scored well have also secured jobs with packages of 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not good. It seems to be very old and like a dirty place. The college has facilities such as a library, playing room, and gym for the students. But most of the time they are closed. The library is always open but is always crowded.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is very good. Every professor and staff member is very well-experienced and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is excellent. They always use new methods to help students understand the subject matter.

Evaluating Umesh Chandra College Kolkata: What to Expect and Consider?
Placements: The efficiency of the placement cell is a critical factor. While not extensive, some companies like TCS, Naukri.com, BEML, and BEL often recruit from Umesh Chandra College. Job offerings include roles like BPO/KPO, salesmen, and accountants in some small local Kolkata companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent with digital boards, though they lack air conditioning. The library is well-stocked with books related to B.Com general and honors, and you can borrow these books for home use. The IT lab has several computers where you can learn about Tally, MS Word, SAP, etc. The canteen offers a limited menu but is decent. There is no sports ground on the main campus, but one is available on the extended campus.
Faculty: Professors are well-qualified and energetic, and the teaching methods are effective. Faculty members are humble and cooperative. Exams are conducted by Calcutta University, so there is no comment on that. Overall, you can easily pass all semesters without private coaching.
