Good college with decent infrastructure and placement opportunities.

Faculty: The professors teaching here are quite experienced and knowledgeable. The courses and curriculum followed here are the same as those followed by other top institutes. So yes, the curriculum is quite relevant according to market needs. There are class tests, mid-semester tests, and end-semester tests too.

Review of University Business School, Chandigarh, Panjab University.

Faculty: The teaching quality was good in our college. Faculty members were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum was relevant, and it made students industry-ready. They had great command over their subjects.

It is the best college under ROI segment.

Faculty: UBS have some great professors, and they have experiences of more than 30 years in the field of teaching. They are very interactive with students, but due to lack of infrastructure, our college lacks good teaching aids. The curriculum is good as far as theory is concerned, but the theory is always less until you get a proper practical exposure. UBS is average in this aspect.

I am satisfied with the college as it provides good placements and infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members in our department are highly qualified from top colleges and also have good experience in their respective fields. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable with high rated teaching quality. The MBA program is also good as it has good ROI due to its low fees i.e., Rs. 12,000 per semester and it makes the student industry-ready.

Our college provides good ROI, but doesn't take many hopes.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified but the course curriculum is not updated. It's not up to the mark. In UBS you have to do hard work, teachers are not going to tell you what you should do, they don't take initiatives here, it's the student who has to take their call. This is one of the weaknesses of UBS. Though teachers are very knowledgeable they usually are occupied with their work. This course doesn't make the students industry-ready. They hardly do any case studies in college whic...

The college is good and gives various opportunities in different fields to students.

Faculty: Courses offered are good to give deep knowledge about subjects by teachers. Teachers provide feedback forms which are to be filled by students at regular intervals for the proper functioning of projects.

Best ROI. Training & Placement Officer made personal efforts to get all the students placed.

Faculty: Our syllabus was updated at regular intervals after an academic meet with the industry experts. We also had special guest lectures from the industry experts apart from the regular lectures by the distinguished and qualified faculty. The teachers and professors also took several faculty development courses from various IIMs for their own personal development and for staying relevant to the present.

It has a good return on investment but focuses on gaining economy.

Faculty: The course material is quite outdated, and students refer to a lot of online courses to make themselves updated according to industry standards. Students need to do a lot of live projects and utilise their time efficiently in internships to get real-time learning.

Review of University Business School, Chandigarh - Panjab University.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified. Every professor in our college is a PhD holder. Some faculty members have an experience of more than 30 years which make them more knowledgeable. UBS is a government institute so as per the government colleges norms, teachers are good enough. The course curriculum is relevant as per the current scenario. We had subjects like data analytics, marketing research those subjects are the requirement of today's environment.

University Business School offers good placements at an affordable fee for MBA.

Faculty: All the faculty members here are doctorate holders and accomplished in their fields. Case study, PPT, presentations, digital training labs, etc., are used here. The teaching quality of the teachers is great, and core commerce and management subjects are covered here very well. Our college has old and illustrious teaching quality and is top-notch.

Good placement with minimum fees.

Faculty: In terms of intellectual property, we have some of the best faculty members here with years of experience in teaching & research. If one has zeal to learn from them than he/she can make best use of it. Some of the courses in the curriculum required practical training and computer lab assistant (though we have computer lab but is not big enough to accommodate many students) which I feel we are not being provided.

UBS Chandigarh is a great choice to opt for a B-School in this current recession time.

Faculty: As UBS is a government college, it can quite easily hire well qualified and knowledgeable teachers. The quality of teachers is not less than any other premier B-School of the country. The course structure is quite orthodox, although changes are made from time to time. So, it makes students industry-ready.

Satisfied with the college. It gives you a very high ROI. It is a decent college to join.

Faculty: Faculty is decent. Almost 40 % of the faculty has around 35 years of teaching experience and around 90% has above 10 years of teaching experience. Professors can be sometimes rude but you have to accept it. Being a government college, course curriculum is not up to date as it is not very easy for the department to change the syllabus of the course on its own.

It is a decent college to build your career.

Faculty: All the teachers here are highly qualified and highly experienced. They are best at what they do and make students ready for the future. The course curriculum is relevant, and it also provides time for students to build their skills and work on their own.
