It is a very good college with good faculty members.

Placements: Around 35% of students were there in our course. The highest package is about 4.5 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 3.1 Lacs per annum. But an individual should score 60% or more to have a chance to attend placements. There are 80% of placements, but it depends on the student's talent. Around 75% of students got internships in companies like Amazon, TCS etc. I was offered the role of an operation manager.

Except with placements, I am satisfied with our college overall.

Placements: There are no placements at all for civil in core companies. Not even a single company visited here for campus placements for the civil engineering stream. Few of my friends opted for software companies like Accenture, TCS, etc. Our college has a placement cell, and it was failed in inviting core companies for placements.

A good place to study BE in mechanical.

Placements: Placement of the college is fine. Most of the student get well placed. Information technology giants like Infosys recruit from here in mass. On an average a BE student get salary package of 3-4 Lacs annually. However lots of people received package higher than that also.

Decent Engineering College from Osmania University.

Placements: During our time, placements are good. We have decent number of colleges visiting the campus for finals. Many mass recruiters visit the campus as well. If you have maintained and above average GPA and are good with your communication skills then you are bound to get placed.

The college has excellent curriculum, helpful faculty, good placements and decent infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. There is a placement cell and a dynamic placement officer who makes sure that most of the students are placed. There are more placements for circuit branches like CSE, ECE and EEE. Core companies also do visit the campus. Maruti Suzuki came for mechanical and electrical engineering branches. There are also software mass recruiters such as Accenture, Infosys etc. The lowest salary package offered is around 3.5 LPA, and the highest is approximately 12 LPA or mor...

Dissatisfied with the things I heard before joining this college.

Placements: Placements were very bad this academic year. Very few core companies visited our college for recruiting the students in the core areas. Most of the companies were mass recruiting software companies with an average package of 4 LPA. In short, the placements weren't satisfying.

The one thing, that I want to share about my college is the amount of freedoms.

Placements: I got placement in two different companies. Osmania university college has great placement cell and they invite excellent placements. The placements are good. In fact, last year, the placement percentage was almost 100%. So if you manage to get minimum pointer with knowledge, placement is guaranteed. We do get companies like wipro L&T Accenture Dee shaw and many more. Last year the highest package was 20lakh and the basic pay was around 3.5 to 4lakh.

The highest package was 20 Lacs per annum, offered to CSE department student, and the offered position is a software developer in Deshaw company. Apart from CSE department, other department students got less number of offers from their core companies.

Good faculty and placement.

Placements: The placement cell is good of this college. There are lot of IT companies (Infosys, Wipro, Accenture)coming for recruitment. Few core engineering companies like GE, L&T also recruits the students. There is eligibility criteria decided by college as well as companies also to sit in the placement programs. If anyone got selected by any company then he/she might not eligible for any other company recruitment.

Placements: The placements in the college are pretty decent as everyone gets placed, but not all of them got placed in core companies, about 10-15 people got selected in core jobs, remaining people got software jobs from Infosys, Accenture, etc. ITC and Maruti are two well-known companies which come for placements with an average salary of 4 LPA.

Satisfied with faculty, placements, infrastructure, but dissatisfied for some things.

Placements: The companies like Infosys and Accenture are visiting our campus. The placement percentage is 100% for our seniors, and it also offers paid entrepreneurship in the different companies. The companies most likely take the talented students. The average package offered is 6 lakhs per annum. The minimum package offered is 4 lacs per annum.
