It is the best college in Jaipur.
Placements: The highest package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Many students in my course, atleast 70 to 80% of students, got placed.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available in our college. The classrooms are neat and clean. The whole campus is good. Sports facilities are provided in my college. Good sports coaches are available, and they are well-behaved.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. The teachers are very knowledgeable, and the teaching methods are good. The behaviour of teachers is also very good. All the teachers respect students and vice versa.
Other: I chose it because I am interested in this course. The best thing about my course is that I can get a job anywhere.

Dissatisfied because of misbehaving attitude of teachers as well as students .
Placements: Only 10% students go for campus placements. Placements are not that worth in this college. The highest package offered was 500000/annum. Top roles offered in my course was of normal accountant. Only 10% of students got internship from my course and in very small companies of Jaipur.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor in this college. Classrooms, libraries all of them are not maintained well. I didn't reside in hostel so I have no idea about the facilities available in hostel. Wi-Fi is not available in this college. Even canteens are not properly maintained .
Faculty: Teachers are kind of rude to students if they ask for help. Course curriculum is relevant. It does make the students to get ready for industry but the way exams are conducted is not in accordance. Papers go out very often and students are very much vulnerable to cheating stuff.
Other: Events are good and well conducted.

Our college has a lack of placements and internship opportunities.
Placements: There are about 60 seats in our course. It is a basic course, and it does not offer you more opportunities for placements. But you get the vast knowledge of the subjects considered. The course has a wide variety of subjects which mostly focuses on costing and taxation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not so good. The library is filled with varieties of top books. The hostel is good. There are proper medical facilities. There is a proper and separate space for everything. Proper hygienic canteen is available at reasonable rates.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly knowledgeable with a lot of experience. Their teaching quality is the best, and a proper course curriculum is followed here. Semester exams are not more difficult. I exactly do not know the pass percentage. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students ready to face the world.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to excel in these subjects and they are quite related to practical life. Many events are conducted with talented people. Scholarships are also available if certain criteria are fulfilled. Seats are allotted based on 12th standard exams. Our college conducts many extracurricular activities.

I am satisfied with the college with less fee and good teachers, but it needs to improve placements.
Placements: As it is a government college, so no placement facility is provided. This college only provides a degree, and internships are also not provided for any courses. Our college does not provide any extra certification courses to students.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. There is Wi-Fi all over the campus. It provides all relevant facilities like huge classrooms, good labs and a huge library which includes all types of books. Hostel facilities are average. Our college has a good canteen facility.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are quite helpful. Teachers of the B.Com department are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are well-experienced and have specialised knowledge in their subjects. Overall, faculty members and course curriculum are good.
Other: Our college organised various events and fest on our campus. There are different types of extracurricular activities, which helps us to enhance our personality. The college also provides government scholarships to eligible students.

I am dissatisfied with this college because of office teachers and the teaching system.
Placements: There is no scope of placements from this college as this college only provides degree courses such as B.Com, B.Com honors, B.Sc, M.Sc and M.Com. None of the students ever got placements from this college. This college is all about providing degree courses.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities of this college are not up to the mark. The building of this college is very old, and classrooms are also not well-maintained. Tables and chairs of the classrooms are not comfortable for students. There is no proper arrangement of fans during summer. There is no Wi-Fi facility, but library facilities are quite impressive. Students can buy all books from the library at a lower cost. The canteen facility is also quite good. Sports and games are also available in this college. There are proper playgrounds, and they are also well-maintained. There is also a games room in which we can play indoor games such as table tennis and carrom.
Faculty: The major thing about this college is its teachers. Some of the teachers are highly qualified, but some of them are not up to the mark. Some teachers are also not regular, which affects the course. Even teachers are not able to finish their syllabus, which causes a burden on students. Some teachers also teach in Hindi, which causes many problems to the English medium students. This college does not provide practical knowledge and does not make students industry-ready.
Other: This college only provides degree courses like B.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, BBA and BCA. I have chosen a B.Com course from this college because it is more affordable than any other college in that area. This college should improve its teachers, campus facilities, classrooms, grounds and many other things. There are no fests and events in this college. There are no extracurricular activities except NCC.

Q:   How successful is the placement cell in securing jobs for BBA students at Maharani College?

A:
{Source: BBA students & alumni}

Success Rate of Placement Cell

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, the success rate of the placement cell at Maharani College is moderate. Here's what they had to say:

* Around 10% of the students got placed, with salaries ranging from INR20,000 to INR40,000 per month.
* Some students reported that the placement cell is "very efficient" and helps secure jobs for students.
* However, others felt that the placement opportunities are limited, and top recruiting companies do not visit the campus.
* One student noted that the college does not provide direct internships, but some organizations come for campus recruitment.
* Another student mentioned that around 150 students got placed in their course, indicating that the placement cell is somewhat effective.

Overall, while the placement cell appears to be making efforts to secure jobs for students, the success rate could be improved. It seems that students need to rely on other means, such as seeking out job openings independently, to find employment after graduating.

A:
{Source: B.A. students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.A. Programs at Maharani College

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. programs at Maharani College is:

* Limited: Most students agree that there is no dedicated placement cell specifically for B.A. students. The college does not provide on-campus placements, and students need to find internships and job opportunities on their own.
* Average: While the college does organize internships and provides career counseling, these efforts are not exclusive to B.A. students, and the outcome varies from student to student.
* No special treatment: According to some reviewers, there is no special treatment for B.A. students when it comes to placements. Students need to compete for opportunities along with students from other streams (BBA and BSc).

Here are some quotes from students and alumni that summarize their experience:

"The placement chances for our course are really less in any college. I don't know whether there is even a placement cell for arts students." - Student
"Our college does not provide placements for B.A students. Almost 70% of students get placed in our college, but it's only for BBA and BSc students." - Alumni
"I don't know whether there is even a placement cell for arts students in our college. We have to arrange internships and placements ourselves." - Student

Overall, while the college does provide some assistance with internships and career counseling, the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.A. programs at Maharani College is limited, and students need to take initiative to secure job opportunities themselves.

* Limited Placement Opportunities: Most students reported that the college doesn't provide good placements for B.Com students. Only around 20% of students from the commerce stream got placed.
* Low Salary Packages: Those who did get placed received relatively low salary packages, ranging from INR10,000 to INR15,000 per month.
* No Internship Program: There is no internship programme available for B.Com students at the college.
* Lack of Support from Placement Team: Some students felt that the placement team didn't do enough to support them in finding jobs.

However, it's essential to note that these observations might vary depending on individual experiences and circumstances. While some students had negative experiences with the placement cell, others mentioned that the college did try to arrange placements and provide guidance.
