Poor infrastructure, but the best in everything else, UVCE.

Placements: The placements are the best thing about UVCE. Every year, over 150 colleges have visited our campus for recruitment. The best part is the competition here is very minimal, unlike the most of the other colleges. Most of the companies are IT, but a few core companies do recruit students.

Not satisfied with faculty, infrastructure but good placements you never find in Bangalore.

Placements: Placements are quite good with nearly 70%of them placed. The highest package would be 10to15 Lacs with a low of 2 Lacs approximately. Many of companies like Wipro Infotech, Infosys, BHEL, Accenture, CTS, UNYSIS, etc. Students roles were like self motivating. When it comes to internship maybe 10%of them would be doing. With a maximum of 15thousand per month and a low of 5 with an average of 10 per month. There is a placement office with a super useful and nice efficient.

Good, better, best. One has to study COLLEGE like UVCE.

Placements: One of the best College that get more than 150 companies every year those can hire students studying in final year for their job after degree. Mostof the students get placed here itself in college. Likewise the computer Science and engineering branch has high rate performance for placement regards after that information and technology branch And then electronics and communication. The management for the companies hiring students also maintained well. Most of companies come from Bangalore itself ...

Apart from infrastructure, everything is good, and placements are best. I am proud to be UVCEian.

Placements: There are good placements compared to other colleges. Top companies come to our campus like BEL, Wipro, Bosch, ABB, etc. You have to maintain above 70% aggregate to be eligible for core companies. If you are interested in IT field, then UVCE will be the best choice. 80% placements are provided to EEE branch.

Placements: Good placements. It is very useful for all poor people who is studying in my college. I'm very glad to my placement Co ordinates. Placements: The college with the most amazing placement stats, with students being less in number but the offers being the most. Many companies which are world wide renowned like Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys etc. Visit the college campus every year and hire some of the good stats too.

Satisfied with the placements on the campus.

Placements: The campus is a good placement oriented platform. People with a passion for IT-sector can fulfil their dreams to a maximum extent. Because of the availability of placement coordinator head at any time in the campus, it is easy to follow up your progress. As everything in the placements cell is controlled by students under the guidance of placement coordinator, and it is easy to know everything about the companies and their requirements.

It's a good college for poor people.

Placements: We have good placements in the college. There is a very supportive placement office. One best thing is we have placement co-coordinator from every branch. Around 130 companies come to our college. As compared to other colleges, we have good placements. Moreover, we have 90% placement in our college, I feel proud to say that I am a student of UVCE.

One of the worst college. Please don't go to this college. I wasted my engineering career.

Placements: No placements for civil engineering students. Only computer Science students get recruited. No body will care about our placement. They only look at attendance. That's it. And moreover, no core company will come to UVCE. They just help IT students. After degree student suffer a lot.

We can easily complete engineering without any torture of attendance shortage and assignments.

Placements: As everyone knows, it is the fifth college in India to be established, and the first college is established in Karnataka by sir MV, and it is one of the top colleges to get many students placed in top companies. Now coming to the civil branch, we know that civil companies are lesser in number, so, placements are not guaranteed in this, but I can make sure that you can get a better knowledge by well-experienced lectures and crack government engineering service exam easily and make your life easie...

Totally bet and chief college in India to get engineering degree with lot of opportunities.

Placements: Here almost 1000 companies/year will arive to hire students through college placements. Placement statistics vary from branch to branch. There is more percentage of hiring in camputer Science, information Science, electronic engineering as compared to the other branches. In our batch almost 70% if students had got offers from different companies like Toshiba, TCS, Accenture, cognizant, hilti, royal Enfield etc. Tge the highest salary is from Goldman Sachs which is 15lacs/annum.

Quality engineering life with blend of heritage and motivation.

Placements: Placements are the key importance in UVCE, with over 650 offers a year on an average for its 400 and odd students itself reflects an image of rally of companies with relatively less competition. CSE AND ISE tops the Placement charts with an average of 85% placed percentage, ECE, EEE and MECH stand at 50 to 70% on average. The lowest CTC stands at 2.5LPA, while 40LPA (ADOBE) stands up the ladder. Dell, hp, avaya, netcracker, commvault, microsoft, royal Enfield, BEL, BPCL, toyota, bosch, vedanta, ...

UVCE is the best college.

Placements: UVCE college is well-known for its placement as per my knowledge. I think over 100 companies visit our campus every year and most of the students got placed in our senior batch. There were total 114 companies in that 10 are from our branch. The minimum package was 3.25 LPA, and the maximum was 12 LPA for other branches. It is around 6 LPA commonly, and the highest salary package is 20 LPA

Good placements, but zero infrastructure.

Placements: As the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is the oldest and prestigious college of the government of Karnataka, the placements are quite good from the beginning. Almost every major company offers placement in our college with an average annual package of 3-4 Lacs.

Most of the top companies are visiting our college. The students are placed easily, and this is the plus point of our college.

The infrastructure is not great, and it's not bad though. The placements are great.

Placements: The placements in the mechanical department are very good. The core companies and PSUs like BPCL, BEL come for placements. The average CTC for the mechanical branch is around 5 LPA, but there are exceptions like BPCL, BEL, etc., which offer 8 LPA to 10 LPA. Almost 70% of the students get placed in the mechanical department. The highest package offered so far was 17 LPA by BPCL, and the lowest was from VKC which offered 3.5 LPA.

Average placements for core branches, but a peaceful campus life.

Placements: The placements in the college are good for CS, IS branches and even EC to an extent, but the core branches don't get much of core companies because of which many of them end up in software jobs. It's quite same for the past few years. The highest package offered this year is 16 LPA from a company called Mckinsley. 2 students from CS branch got placed in the same. Talking about internships, that is quite better than actual placements, but the number of students getting selected is quite too less....

Satisfied with the teaching and placements, but very bad infrastructures.

Placements: The placements are fairly good, and every year, it's definitely more than 85%. The number of companies visiting will be growing up in the years to come, and the internships are available, in case, the students are not placed during the placement drives with this conversion possibility is high.
