Entrance Test
Eligible candidates needs to appear for UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) conducted by the university. (Application for exam has been closed for the academic year 2017-18). Candidates who have secured minimum 80% marks in class 10th & 12th and minimum 80% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at 10+2 or candidates having required JEE Mains score are exempted from UPESEAT and can directly apply to the University through non examination pathway.
Counselling
80% seats are filled through university level counselling based on score obtained in UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT). Remaining 20% seats are filled through non-examination pathway based on marks obtained in 10+2 or JEE-Mains.
