Absolutely satisfied because of good placements, faculty, and good infrastructure.

Placements: They provide more placement opportunities in our university. They have tie-ups with reputed software companies like IBM, Cognizant, Philips, and other reputed companies. They also give placement training to ace the placement. Placement training exams are conducted every semester.

Review of VELS University, Pallavaram.

Placements: On average, 60 percent of the students were placed in our batch. The placement cell helps a lot and conducts many classes to improve the skills and power of knowledge. The highest package goes to 10 LPA and the average package is 4 to 5 LPA. So it was good.

Kalvium excels in VELS with its work, program, offering great placements and a bright future.

Placements: I am currently enrolled in the Kalvium WIP (Work Integrated Programme) offered by B.Tech CSE at Vels University. This program has excellent placement opportunities, with a package of 10 lakhs per annum. It covers various subjects such as app development, web development, and web designing. While there are other courses available, this particular course stands out as the best option under the CSE department at Vels University.

I am satisfied with our college.

Placements: Placements depend on students. There are no high or low salary packages. Students need to pay 1 lakh for placements. Internships are not provided till the final year. Scientists, biotechnologists, and lab technicians are the roles offered. Around 40% of students get internships.

Advantages - Scholarships, Timings and Teacher's Support.

Placements: For Civil Engineering in most of the colleges, there will not be much placements. We have to search for the jobs. But the staff will be helping you personally to get a job through reference. They may refer the juniors to the seniors who are working in some company or doing a business.

Our college is good in all aspects.

Placements: Around 80% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. But it is not fixed that students will get the placements in the same cover companies. Most students get internships in companies like Hero, TCS, Honda, Milton, etc.

Placements: 1. 70% of students are being placed in our course. 2. 25k is the highest, 15k is the average, and 10k is the lowest salaries offered. 3. IBM, Infosys, CTS are the top recruiting companies. 4. Technical engineer, software developer are the top roles offered in our course. 6. 60% of our students got internships in Infosys IBM and some other companies.

I am satisfied with placements, curriculum and environment, but it is the worst in many aspects.

Placements: All we need to do is we should pass in all subjects without arrears, and then we most probably get placed. The salary offered is somewhere between Rs. 10,000 to 30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies for our course are IBM, Amazon, etc., and even Infosys. The top role offered in our course is a hiring manager. I don't know the salary packages offered in our course. We have to search for an internship on our own.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Our college has a good placement record. More than 60% of the B.E mechanical students get placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 12,000 per month. Companies like MRF, SS Techno, TCS etc. visit the college. Every student of college got an internship with a stipend.

I dissatisfied because of the teaching faculty and placements in 2019.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students were placed through campus interview. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 5,000 per month. HCL and Cognizant are the top recruiters. Production planner and quality assurance are the roles offered. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 12,000 per month. The lowest salary offered in our course was Rs. 8,000 per month. Almost 70% of the students from our course got internships.

It has good infrastructure and faculty, but placements are average, and fee structure was average.

Placements: Placements are good, but different companies visit the college every year. Maximum of the students get placed, and the remaining students also try to get placed. Students have the worst experience with a few companies. Only two to three companies that visit college are good, but they recruit only a few students.

VELS University has good and friendly faculty, good infrastructure and all facilities.

Placements: Centre for career development (CCD) at VELS University not only functions as the working body to facilitate the smooth working of the placement activities but also works to facilitate training activities to the students. It makes sure that the students get placed in the best national and international companies.

VISTAS is the best college with the best fee structure.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. BPO companies visit the campus for placements, but we are expecting core companies for placements. The college trains students to perform better in campus interviews. Thus, there are many good things to study in VELS University. Faculty members are very friendly with students.

Definite Enjoyment with Education.

Placements: Placements for my field are mostly from BPO's (call centres). Companies like Ford have also visited. Roles such as beginner or learner for big companies have been given to the students. Average salary offered is 25 thousand rupees. Percentage of 60 percent get internship in our college.

The infrastructure of college is good. It has separate buildings for different departments. The faculty teaching method is quite good. The faculty is helpful whenever students need their assistance. I was motivated to join this college because of the faculty of this college as they have always given us the positive energetic. And indeed, it does help students a lot. It has a big canteen where you could really see the hunger of engineering students during lunch time. Every year college conducts f...

Good teachers with great knowledge.

Placements: 25 percent of the students get placed. Even though the students from the civil and mechanical department have less placement records. Most of the core companies are not coming for drive in the case of civil and mechanical department. This is to be improved.
