Review: Academics, faculty, and life at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology.
Placements: There is no fixed percentage of students placed, it depends on the student's performance in academics. If they maintain a good CGPA, they offer you a job package with a decent salary. However, as per records, the placement percentage for the AI department is 96.6%. The salary packages range from around 1 LPA - 12 LPA. Some top companies that recruit are Cisco, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Larsen & Toubro, and many more.
Infrastructure: There are dedicated labs for every department, making it easier for students to access them. The labs are well-maintained, and systems are connected to a dedicated internet service, ensuring a smoother lab experience.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable in the subjects they teach. It was really good to study under their guidance. The course curriculum varies for each course and is very relevant, which helps in gaining knowledge. The semester exam pattern can vary, it may be difficult, not too easy, but generally neutral.

Our college provides excellent infrastructure but mediocre faculty and placement support.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. About 60% secured internships at companies like IBM and Deloitte. Roles offered are developed and analyst.
Infrastructure: The department offers modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, a robust library, and campus-wide Wi-Fi. Hostels are clean with basic amenities. The mess food is average but varied. The canteen offers decent snacks. Medical facilities and sports infrastructure are adequate.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified but vary in helpfulness and teaching quality. The curriculum is moderately relevant, with a limited focus on industry readiness. Semester exams are moderately challenging. They are designed to test basics. The pass percentage is around 75-85%.
Other: I chose ECE because it is amazing. We can learn about embedded systems, VLSI, and many others and also do many projects using Arduino Nano and others. The campus is small but it is green and healthy.

An average engineering college.
Placements: 15%–20% of students get placed. The highest package is 15 lacs, and the average package is around 3.5 lacs. IBM, TCS, Infosys, and Accenture are the top recruiting companies. Through hackathons and Tech events, who performed well, internship opportunities are provided by the college.
Infrastructure: The hostel is under construction. The campus is around 20 to 30 acres. The labs are fully equipped with LAN. There is one central library and two small libraries. All academic books are available. Private hostels are available within a 500-meter radius. But mess is not that good.
Faculty: The faculty are well qualified, helpful and very knowledgeable. But lab incharge's are not up to the mark. The curriculum is relevant to the course. Yes, students are industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams is moderate. 80% is the pass percentage.
Other: Random I applied for this course through TS EAMCET counseling. Every year, an annual day is celebrated. Two days of inter-college fests are organized. Good environment around college. Full fee reimbursement for students of the SC and ST castes who studied in government schools.

The placements, facilities, and faculty are the best things in the college.
Placements: In 2024, the placements from our course are excellent with 82 percent of the students getting placed in the campus placements. The highest package was 10 Lacs per annum, the lowest package was 4 Lacs per annum, and the average package was 5 Lacs per annum. JK Construction, DLF, Tata, and TCS are the top recruiting companies from our course. Approximately 73 percent of the students got their internship certificates from good companies. The top roles are leading the team and structural engineer.
Infrastructure: Our department, ECE, has amazing facilities. They are providing many facilities like AC classrooms, library, Wi-Fi, auditorium, seminar halls, and project labs. The hostel is good with facilities like a variety of food items in the kitchen and canteen. The rooms are neat and clean, the medical support is available for the students, and there are unlimited games in the college.
Faculty: Undoubtedly, the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in their courses. Their teaching quality is also amazing. Our course curriculum is the best for making the students industry-ready. Mostly, the semester exams are based on application, so understanding the concepts clearly will help. The pass percentage was also decent at 78.
Other: The Electronics Communication Engineering course will help me upgrade my skills and empower my knowledge, so I chose this course. Increasing the number of industrial visits would be a good improvement in our course. Cultural activities like sports meets, festival events, concerts, tours, fests, farewells, freshers' crowd meetings, etc., are the best entertainment for the students.

It's a good experience to study here for students.
Placements: VJIT has a strong placement record, with top recruiters. The college also provides dedicated placement training, helping students prepare with mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions. The placement cell really works hard to bring the best to the students. Along with it, the VJIT is really good, and also the average and median packages are doing really great and are growing over the period of years.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good and has every necessary thing that should be present in a college. Labs for practical courses in electronics, computing, and other fields are equipped with essential instruments. Sports facilities are good, with a small field and some equipment for games, and a gym is also provided.
Faculty: The quality of teaching was good, especially some of the faculty members, who were great at teaching and clearing our concepts. One thing that can be incorporated is less theory and more practical, which will make us job-ready.
Other: Our college has a very recent academic regulation with all the recent courses, which help students get very good knowledge over the subject and to get to know about the recent fields where we should focus now.

Good infrastructure, overall a good tier-3 college.
Placements: According to the states, around 96.6% of the students from the department of artificial intelligence were placed, with the highest package being 12 lpa and the average package being 4.8 lpa. The lowest salary offered was 3.6 LPA. Prominent recruiters are Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, UST Global, etc., for the roles of software developer.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-maintained with proper lighting and ventilation. The labs have Wi-Fi and internet connectivity and are air-conditioned. The library has a lot of useful books for all the branches and has a good seating area for working on personal projects and more. There is a canteen and a cafeteria, both serving good quality food. We also have a sports complex for indoor games like carrom, table tennis, etc., and a gym if you want to work out.
Faculty: There are a few really knowledgeable teachers and are qualified to teach the syllabus and can be really helpful. The curriculum is constantly updating and getting better year by year, adjusting to the industrial standards. The semester exams are also moderate and can get a good percentage if efforts are made.
Other: The events and fests conducted in the college are really good, and you'll enjoy a lot if you participate in either organizing or performing.
