Placements: There were many students placed in good companies like TOI, Hindustan Times, Punjab Kesari, etc. It was an unpaid internship. No company visited the campus, but the college professors sent the students' names. We were given some forms to fill out, and the companies asked our college to send some students for interview and through an interview, the students were selected for the internship.
Placements: The placements are bad as a BBA and B.Com Hons students jobs offered are not related to our stream. Even the companies aren't that good. The percentage of students placed is very low. Around only 2% of the batch gets placed. The highest salary given in last year was Rs. 22,5000 per annum.
Placements: The placements are average for journalism students only and bad for filmmaking students. VIPS is famous for BJMC and BA LLB and law. The placements are better compared to other courses. If you work hard, you can make contacts with college seniors which is better than placements.
Placements: The college has two placement committees. One for the whole college and another one for the law students only. The college guarantees the placements to all promising students. The committee helps the students by training them well before the interviews so that they can bag the best opportunities for themselves.
Placements: There is a placement cell offered in the college headed by the faculty members. The college is tied up with the various co-operative and legal firms and provide the best of their placements. It also gives directions to the students how to enrol in a firm for an internship and the students used are in touch with the department after the college hours.
Placements: As I am currently studying, I don’t know much about placements though I have heard placements are pretty good. Before I got into the college, I asked the seniors about it, and I got to know that placements are pretty well. Many law firms come to recruit students.
Placements: The college did not offer the placements. Around 15% of the students accepted the job offers. More students opted for further studies. A lot of students also started working with YouTube channels such as PoPxo. The salaries were not disclosed. The roles given ranged from copy editor to news presenter.
Placements: The placement is very good. Good companies show up for placement. However, the placement cell organiser will not let you sit for another company's rounds if you are selected in one. I got into a good company. Also, in comparison to the number of students, the number of jobs are low.
Placements: Placements are very encouraging and are increasing at a constant rate in previous years. The highest package was 5.50 LPA, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA and the average package was 2.33 LPA. Companies that visited our campus were Infoedge, TCS and HCL Networking. All the students got internships at a very good stipend.
Placements: Placements are nice in the college. I can say it is very high but being a BCA graduate, I can say placements are okay. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Saplabs, Aglasem, ZS Associates and Deloitte visited the campus. They offered like 2-4 lakhs per annum CTC. There is no internship in this college.
Placements: The placements of our batch were very good. Almost 80-85% students were placed and even many of them had offers from multiple companies. But mostly mass recruiters came for group placements in which a minimum 3 colleges participated. The highest package that was offered was around 3 lacs and the average was 1.80 lacs. The main companies were Infosys, Tech Mahindra, SAP Labs, Wipro, ZS Associates, TCS, and Concentrix. The internships were different. We were on our own and had to find companies f...
Placements: The overall placements were good. Very few companies actually visited our campus, placements were mostly pooled campus placements conducted in surrounding colleges of Delhi NCR. More than 60% students were placed in my batch and approximately same was the case for senior batch. The highest package offered was 3.5 lacs and the lowest was 1.8 lacs p/a. The average package was somewhere around 2.2 lacs p/a.
Placements: There was no placement programme for law in the year 2015, however, there was a placement programme for BJAMC and BCA wherein a lot of students were hired. The highest salary that was offered to the students of BCA was Rs.40,000 approximately and the average was around Rs.25,000-30,000/-. I hope and recommend that a campus placement programme should be started in the college in order for the students to shine and rise in their professional career.
Placements: Talking about the placements, our college does have a good percentage of students who get selected. There are mainly BPO companies but those who are talented, get appointed by big companies like Wipro and TCS. The average salary package revolves around 2-3 lakhs. Talking about the internship, it is not an option in our college and they do not give this opportunity.
Placements: Though our college has a well-connected placement cell and major companies like Hero, Godrej and many offices of eminent lawyers come to offer an internship. There are a few students who opt for it. The students prefer to study further or get a job on their own.
Placements: The placements in our college are the same as they are in most of the IP colleges. The annual package ranges from around 3-4 lakhs per annum. Most of the students go for competitive exams after completing their graduation. Pre-placement activity also takes place in our college.
Placements: We were the second batch for this college. Though, in the second batch, 20 companies came and students were called even after the college was ended. Students got offers and interviews through college. The highest package, I believe, was 60k per month. Companies were from banking sector, finance, marketing, BPO & KPO. Roles offered were ranged from assistant branch manager at a bank to sales personnel.
Placements: Placement cell is not yet completely established in this college for the course of Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication. It began in 2015 and not much students were placed through it. When it comes to internships, college offers at-least 6-7 different internships throughout the course of 3 years but many students prefer to find internships on their own, outside the campus.
An institution that guides us with a friendly atmosphere and immaculate faculty members, my college has created a whole new world within its boundaries. It's a place where we discover ourself and build our life and attitude. The campus facilities are extremely good and the friendly environment is another addition to the goodwill of this college.
The college has a good ranking and provides nice campus life. One must try for this college. It has a good reputation, which indeed will help up in the future. The crowd is simply awesome. Apart from studies, other things are also kept in mind for the overall development of the student.
