To get decent placements, we have to work so hard, and there are so many things to do.

Placements: About 70% of students will get placed in my course until the end of this semester. As it is recession season, we get updates from our seniors that it is difficult to get placed. Some companies visited were Nvidia, Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, etc. Some students get internships from colleges, but most students have to find them outside of the college.

It is an average college but has good faculty members and provides good placements.

Placements: The highest salary package offered this year is 33 LPA by ANSYS, the average salary package ranges between 7 LPA - 10 LPA, and the intake for each course is 240. There are around 960 students from circuit branches, so the competition is tough. Many top companies visit our college for placements to recruit students due to the high reputation of our college. Increasing graph of placements. Large community who wants to go outside India for MS.

Placements: So, the average placement percentage for all branches was around 80% last year CS & IT at 98%. The highest package offered on campus was 33 LPA from NVIDIA. And Off-campus was 44 LPA for six students. The average pack has been steadily increasing over the last five years and 21-22 batch. It was close to 6.8 Lacs. More than 200 companies visit our campus every year. The top companies are NVIDIA, Amazon, Microsoft (according to requirement), HSBC, FinLQ, EQ Technologies, PhonePe, PayPal, VMWare, C...

Absolutely dissatisfied with the crowd, placements and faculty.

Placements: Maximum students who sit for placements get placed, but only 10-15 students are offered 8+ LPA. The average package in CSE is around 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Nvidia, VMware, UBS Bank, Barclays, IBM, TCS, Infosys, Avhaya, HSBC Bank etc.

Overall, it is a good college to pursue engineering, but try to join VIT rather than VIIT.

Placements: The placements before the pandemic, i.e., 2019, were good for mechanical, but now after the Covid-19 pandemic, the situation has changed. Earlier, the placement rate was more than 60%, but now, hardly students get placed in core companies. The average package offered is 5 LPA for a mechanical engineering graduate. The college claims that it provides compulsory internships in the final year for everyone, but I don't know if it is true, as I am a 3rd-year student.

It is a good autonomous engineering college in Pune.

Placements: Due to the Covid pandemic, the placements for us were equal to zero. But our college did arrange campus placement drives by 2-3 companies, but unfortunately, we didn't go forward due to covid. During my final year, we were given good exposure to the industry by allowing us to undergo internships in reputed firms.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the campus and faculty, but the placements are good.

Placements: Even if you are an above-average student, you can easily get placed with a package of 6-8 LPA. For toppers students, 3-4 good companies, like Nvidia, Cisco, VMWare offer internships and placements, but they only take a few students (single digit). Mass recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc., come here.

There is very poor infrastructure on the campus.

Placements: Around 15-17 students were placed from the IT branch. The highest salary package offered was around 11 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 3 LPA-4 LPA. Placements are not good here, as VIT students are given more preference in placements. However, day by day placement situation may improve, but now, there might be an impact of COVID-19.

Our college should be more student-friendly.

Placements: The placement scenario of the mechanical department with respect to computer science, etc., was not that rosy. Out of 130 odd students, hardly 20 students get placement. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Companies like Volkswagen, Thermax and JCB visit our college for placements. Internships were voluntary and not compulsory. Top roles, like a designer, product engineer, etc., are offere...

Good college with good faculty members.

Placements: As the internship is an integral and most important part of the curriculum of M.Tech, then every student tried for getting an internship. And 90 percent of students got it in different companies. Companies like Tata Communications Ltd, Emerson, Philips, etc.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for some branches. Some branches do not have good placement facility, and it needs to improve it. Our college should invite some companies to recruit students.

It is an optimal combination of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

Placements: Placements in the college are quite good. Companies across various domains like software, automobile, design, etc., were a part of the placement drive. Most of the job profiles offered were of management trainee category. Apart from this, companies from social sector domain also offer good opportunities. There was a wide range of salary packages offered, starting from 2 lacs per annum to 6 lacs per annum. Percentage-wise, placements of the computer stream were high. Contrary to this, core branch...

There were good placements in 2018.

Placements: Placements in our college are great. Companies visited the college on a daily basis for recruitment in 2018. Mass recruiters also visit the college. Communication skills of students are important, as the students with good communication skills can easily get placed. Along with academics, extracurricular activities are also necessary for getting placed.

A college having something but yet lot of things to work on.

Placements: There are 7 students in our batch including me and None has got placement yet. We have been gone through 3-4 company placements but mostly they have been interested in graduates not in post-graduates. In our senior batch also had 7 students None got placed from college. I'm doing internship in company with reference of my guide. College is good overall but no placements from last 3-4 makes a point to think. Consider salary offered best was 3d plm company offering 30k as intern salary.

It is good from educational perspective and bad in the area wise.

Placements: The placements are not much good for the civil department. But some placements are done through the internships. There is a programme which helps the students get internship offered by reputed companies. If the companies like your work, then they will recruit you. Other departments have good placements. The highest package offered to a student was 12 lakh rupees per annum. This package was given to a student in the computer science department.
