Good college, faculty members, decent activities, and placements.
Placements: I think 80% of students are placed and the highest package is around 40 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top companies like Infosys and many others are recruiting. The top roles are software engineers, web developers and AI engineers. If the student is really skilled and passionate about the work, then the top companies will definitely select him or her .
Infrastructure: It is quite good and labs are good. Classrooms are okay and Wi-Fi is not so good. The library is good. The college should improve their Wi-Fi and internet connection and other things in college are good. The food of the canteen is good and the price is decent, not so high .
Faculty: Faculty members are really good and supportive and provide guidance but some are not good. The curriculum is good but students should also work hard and semester exams are of mid difficulty and reviews and presentations happen in college and math papers are conducted offline .
Other: College is decent for all the activities and studies and my course is future-oriented, which is AI and events, and all are really good, like Vishwakarandak.

Absolutely satisfied VIT.
Placements: For the academic year 2023-2024, the CSE and CSE specializations, i.e. (IoT, Cyber Security, Blockchain) departments at VIT Pune reported a placement percentage of students from 94.20% to 98.59%. Package: Statistics for CSE placements: the highest package in 2023-2024 was 51 Lakh per annum, and the average package was 10.07 LPA. Top Recruiting Companies: Microsoft, Nvidia Ltd., ThoughtWorks Ltd., MuSigma Business Solutions Ltd., Tata Technologies Ltd., Deloitte Ltd., Persistent Systems, Cognizant Ltd., Accenture Ltd., Wipro Technologies Ltd., Infosys Ltd., Synchron Technologies Ltd. Top Roles Offered: Software Developer, Cyber Security Analyst, Blockchain Developer, IoT Solutions Architect, Data Analyst, Systems Engineer. Internship Statistics: In the academic year 2023-24, the highest stipend was 4 Lacs, and the lowest was 24,674.
Infrastructure: Facilities: Modern classrooms, laboratories, library, research and innovation centers. Campus Infrastructure: Hostels are not in campus, cafeterias, auditorium. Sports: Ground and courts, gymnasium, cultural space. Fest: Events like Vishwakarandak and Gandharva.
Faculty: All the faculty members in VIT Pune are very helpful all over academics. Most of the faculty members are doctorates and searching on various subjects. Yes, the course is designed like that which will help students to get ready for industry. College examinations are not that difficult.
Other: I choose this course because with core CSE, I will get to know about new things like IoT, Cyber Security, and Blockchain technology, which will help me in my further education. VIT has events on a daily base, like every week has a new event and new energies, which help students to make minds fresh and also focus on extracurricular activities. Now we have fest Vishwakarandak and Gandharva in the upcoming period.

Short review of My Big College Life .
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my course is 89%, depending on the intake of the companies that came. The highest package was 50 LPA, and the lowest package was 3.4 LPA, and the average package was 11.24 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Microsoft, etc. The internships are provided by the college itself.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are decently good. And there are facilities available in the college itself. The hostel is 3.5 km away from the institute; that's why, due to the large distance and fewer transport facilities, many students have taken private PGs near the college.
Faculty: Teachers are just boring, but they are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also good. The curriculum is a little bit old and needs to be changed soon. The semester exams are not that difficult if you study well enough in class and attend all the lectures.

The Honest Review of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune.
Placements: The placement of our college is above average, as it is in Pune, which is currently a hub of Maharashtra. Companies like Mercedes, Barclays, and Tata Motors visit every year to offer jobs to various students. But the competition for placement is huge, as there are many intelligent folks studying for the same.
Infrastructure: The course that I am pursuing, Software Engineering, is pretty good, and the curriculum of our college is also good as they follow a no-paper ideology in which we have to present various subjects and online exams are conducted frequently for the assessment of students.
Faculty: If you are someone who wants to explore their college life as far as possible, this college is worth it. Flagship events are lined up every single month, and you can be a part of it with amazing peers and create a memorable time, making your efforts worth it. Talking about faculty, the faculty is decent with good education and overall behavior. But the methodology is something that bothers me. So, according to me, that’s what I feel about it.
Other: Good college according to me, as it will give you an overall experience, and peers and seniors will help and guide you in every way possible.

So summarising, the college is decent, placements are on par with NITs, and the campus life is nice.
Placements: Percentage of students placed is approximately 60. The highest and the lowest were 5 LPA to 25 LPA. Top recruiting companies are mostly banks situated in Pune and also mass recruiters like Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, and TCS. Top roles offered are Software Development Lead.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite average, but as it is situated in Pune, it's decent. The overall campus is 7 acres approximately, which contains a football ground, a library that contains lots of books, although small and not meant for seating. Also, there are many computers that are far better than other colleges. There is also a Mac lab.
Faculty: It is really easy to get a CGPA of above 8 here. Just study two days before, and you will easily get 8, probably more than this. The professors are really awesome, as much as I have dealt with. The difficulty of the semester exams is 5/10, which is really easy to deal with compared to government colleges like IITs and NITs.
Other: The college has some sort of events, although not that good. And also, placements are pretty decent with ROI up to 100 percent. Usually, the colleges of this tier are far off in comparison to the curriculum.

Satisfied with the curriculum; dissatisfied with placements and infrastructure.
Placements: There are ongoing placements, and the college informs people that the average placements for this year (2023–24) are near about 12LPA, but what I found is that there is a little bit of a placement issue in our college. Companies are refusing to come to our college because of their past experience of 2 years as students who studied online at their college, so they don't have any basic knowledge of DSA or OS-like subjects. And by asking seniors, I found that one placement was in 52 LPA, which is also an off-campus placement. There were 124 students placed this year out of 300–400 students in the computer department, so it's about 41-43% of students placed this year. Ongoing internships might well have been handled; coding exams were going on for the past 3–4 days. Nearly 60–70% of internships are taken by students on campus.
Infrastructure: Our college takes the fees of 1,95,000 Rs of open category students and 1,10,000 Rs of OBC students, and as compared to that, our college infrastructure is not good at that level. There are 10 departments in our college, excluding 1st year, and only 4 buildings have 10 departments. There is such a small ground that even we can't play cricket out there. There is no stage; only on any occasion do they build up their stage. But I like the water facility, as their water cooler is on every floor of each building. Wi-Fi is limited; if we are out of the range of Wi-Fi, we don't get it, even if we are sitting in our lab or class. Wi-Fi is a major problem at our college, and because of that, we have to use our own network. There is no college hostel provided by the college; we have to stay in a room or in any other private hostel. The campus is very small, and the surrounding area is not so good.
Faculty: As compared to other colleges or any other university like SPPU, our syllabus is very well structured, which trains students to gain presentation knowledge and skill up their presentation skills, English skills, teamwork skills, and socializing skills with other students. The syllabus is great, which is useful to students for their future; there are not any useless subjects. If you are in the IT department, other colleges still teach them chemistry and physics, which is useless to them, but in our college, that curriculum is very well structured and has a great syllabus to acquire all the knowledge. There are excellent coding clubs in college that provide additional knowledge in other domains, as well as a student club that assists the elderly, cleans up society, and volunteers at major festivals in Pune.
Other: Likewise, as I said, there were problems related to placements in the past two years because of online college. Now colleges are working on their students, like taking their mock interviews and coding tests, so students will be able to take internships and placements.
