VIT Pune BTech Admission 2022
BTech is a four-year programme offered in seven specialisations. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai governs the admission process for BTech. Admission is offered through CAP. Candidates are shortlisted based on MHT CET or JEE Main score for admission. The total fee of BTech is INR 7.37 lakh. The distribution of seats for any branch /course in Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune for state-level is through MHT-CET (85% of intake) and All India seats through JEE Advanced (15% of intake). Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Infomation Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Electonics or Entepreneurship or Biology or technical or vocational subjects with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only) to apply for BTech programme or,
Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only). Or,
Candidates must have obtained non-zero score in MHT CET or secured non-zero positive score in JEE Main to apply.
To apply at the All India level or through Jammu & Kashmir migrant certificate, aspirants must be an Indian nationals.

VIT Pune BTech (SEDA) Admission 2022
The institute provides BTech second-year Engineering direct admission (SEDA) for a duration of three-year. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai governs the admission process for the BTech SEDA programme. Admission to the programme is based on the merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. Admission is done through CAP for BTech (SEDA). The total fee of the programme is INR 5.54 lakh.
Candidates who are Indian national and have passed post Class 10 and Class 12 Diploma course in Engineering/ Technology or BSc degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology or DVoc stream in the same or allied sectorare eligible to apply for BTech SEDA.
