Placements: As per my research, around 80 to 90 percent students get placed every year from our course. The highest package is around 64 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 8 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 13 Lacs per annum. Students start getting internships from early third year itself. Our college also runs an alumni association which makes placing students all over India.

Placements: In 2023-24, the placement rate at VNIT was 78 percent, with a median salary of 7.5 lakh and an average salary of 8.5 lakh. The highest salary offered was 31 lakh, while the lowest was 2.72 lakh. In 2022-23, the placement rate was 81.4 percent, with an average salary of 9.49 lakh and a median salary of 8 lakh. The highest salary offered was 31 lakh.

Placements: My batch is not passed out yet. Once it is done, I will update soon. But previous batch. Placement was not satisfactory. It's really hard to score an 8 CGPA. The highest package was around 27 Lacs, and the percentage of placed students is really very low. Thank you.

Placements: Students get placements in the 3rd year 5th semester and 6th semester. Placement sections will be held in the 5th and 6th semesters. Around 131 companies like Google, DE Shaw, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Citi India, Siemens, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan, etc., visit our college. Placements: Placements are not really the attraction of this college, especially for the IT branches. Last year, the average placement packages for branches like CSE and ECE revolved around 14-15 LPA (which is much higher in the other tier-1 NITs). For core branches like chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. the average is around 8-9 LPA. Placements percentage is 75-80%.

Placements: From the past two to three years of recession, the placements everywhere decreased gradually but since this year, the placements at VNIT Nagpur College are slightly getting better and better as compared to past years. The placement percentage of students is, however, less but the average package is good.

Placements: 60% of students were placed, as 40% had backlogs or some didn't sit for placements. 19 lacs was the highest package, the lowest was 3 lacs, and the average was 8 lacs; the median was 9.75 lacs. BPCL Infosys, Wipro, ITC, Johnson, and more are the top recruiters. Many of them get internships at ITC, Johnson & Goldman Sachs at 50000 Rs. per month for summer interns in cash. I have no idea about the top roles.

Placements: The placements are decent; however, with the recent recession, it is harder to compare different universities. Placements: Placements in our college are pretty good, with around 70 to 80% of students from our branch, Chemical Engineering, getting placed every year. In the year 2023, due to the recession period, placements and internships were affected in our college. The highest package in 2023 was 34 LPA, while the lowest package was around 4 to 5 LPA, and the average package was 9 LPA. ITC hired around 5 to 6 students with a package of around 12 LPA. Placements: College placements are good. Different departments have different placement statistics, like CSE, which has an average placement of around 15 lakh and above. The college provides placement in your 4th year of engineering. College average placement is about 7-8 lakhs. The highest package is 68 lpa of CSE/ECE. Placements: In general, the placement percentage in our course is 90% and as we are hit the recession during our pass out batch, around 75% of the people got placed. The highest package offered was around 64 lacs, and average package was 11 lacs. The top recruiting companies are Citi bank, Texas instruments, Varroc technology, etc. Around 40% of our batch got internship opportunities. Top roles offered include software development engineer, data analyst, member of technical staff, etc.

Placements: There is 100 percent placement in computer science and engineering at VNIT Nagpur. The highest package offered was 64 LPA. An average package was about 12 LPA of all branches and 15 to 17 LPA of computer Science and engineering. Overall, there are good placement opportunities.

Placements: About 70 percent of people were placed. The lowest offered package is 5 Lacs per annum and the highest goes for non-core. In core, the average is 7 Lacs per annum. Very few get internships through college, and others go through connections. Around 20 got internships via college.

Placements: It was great to study here because there were great opportunities from the 3rd year to the final year for placements, offering roles on site to Project Management, Land T, Tata Engineering, Godrej and Boyce, etc. Many highly reputed companies were coming for Placements.

Placements: In our department, 109 students enrolled in the placement cycle, and so far, 76 have secured positions. The highest salary offered is 24 LPA, by Well Fargo. The top recruiting companies based on salary packages include BNY Mellon, HPCL, Hilti, Citi India, Adverb Technology, and NatWest. Placements: 85 to 90 percent of students get placed in the electrical department. The highest package may reach 25 lacs and the minimum may be up to 6 lacs; the average package is around 8 lacs. The top recruiting companies are Golden Reliance, Nvidia and many more. Getting an internship is a difficult task. Placements: Almost 90% of students get placed every year. The highest package offered is 64 LPA CTC by Oracle. The average CTC offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Exxon Mobil, ITC, JSW Steel, Accenture, JP Morgan, etc. Around 50–60% of students got internship opportunities in companies such as Accenture, ITC, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, ONGC, IOCL, etc.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in my course is 80 percent. The highest package in civil engineering is 24 LPA. The lowest package is 6 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google, L&T, SAP, Adani, and Adobe. For my course, internships are very rarely provided by campus; we have to apply on our own.

Placements: In mechanical engineering last year, 97 percent of students were placed. Companies like TATA, Bajaj, Thermax, and many more recruit here. Internship opportunities are also very good here. Talking about the package, the median package is 11 LPA, and the highest package is 22 LPA. Many jobs can be pursued, mostly people opt for robotics for core positions. If you have to go into non-core fields, then learn coding.
