WIT College Dehradun Review.
Placements: You should not keep any expectation regarding the placement from this college. The rate for placement is very low here. The average package from this college goes around 3.5 for a year. Companies such as Infosys, HCl, Tata, etc., approach for offering job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college does not provide you with hostel facilities as the hostels are not constructed till date. You can approach for hostels outside the college premises according to your affordable range and desired room. The food quality of these hostels is very bad.
Faculty: The course curriculum for each sessional year is uploaded on the college website; you can see it from there. The college conducts three exams during a semester, two of which are the CT (class tests), comprising 30 marks. Along with this, the end semester is conducted for 150 marks.

Women Institute of Technology review.
Placements: The placement in our college is very poor. Approximately 30-40% of the total students get placed, with an average package of INR 3 LPA. The highest package in our college is INR 6 LPA. Recruiters such as HCL, Range, and Infosys come for interviews. The college supports students in taking internship programs to enhance their CVs.
Infrastructure: Our college has no hostel facilities as it was constructed in 2005 and is still under construction and maintenance. The college lacks some basic facilities. However, the college provides information regarding private hostels outside the premises, which cost around INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
Faculty: The faculty of our college are highly educated and very supportive, both personally and professionally. The course curriculum for each sessional year is uploaded on the official website of the college. The difficulty level of semester exams is a bit high, with a probability of getting a backlog.

Supportive faculty, anti-ragging college with a good environment but no hostel facilities
Placements: Company comes here with an average package, but the student with good skills can achieve a good package. The lowest package is 2-3 LPA, and the highest package is 10-12 LPA, and the average package is 3.5-5 LPA. Approximately 50% to 60% of students are placed.
Infrastructure: The college has a good college infrastructure but no hostel facilities are available. Classrooms are well equipped with basic amenities and designed for comfortable learning. Labs are adequately equipped with the necessary instruments. Limited Wi-Fi access is available on campus.
Faculty: The faculty in WIT is supportive, helpful, and well qualified. The teaching technique is generally solid, with a focus on fundamental and practical knowledge. Semester exams are a bit challenging but manageable for those who keep up with regular study.
Other: It’s good if you want to study in a good environment. Also, a campus with less crowd is a good option.

Facilities are good and most of the teachers are good and interactive.
Placements: 10% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course is 7.5 LPA. The lowest package offered in our course is 4 LPA. The average package offered in our course is 5 LPA. 100% of students got internships from our course in all companies.
Infrastructure: Wifi, lab, classroom, library, etc. are provided. Classrooms are small for 60 students. But sometimes we face an electricity problem, due to which the smart board doesn't work. As I am a day scholar, I don't face any problem. But I think the college should provide bus facilities, as it's not safe for a girl to travel so late.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes students industry-ready. Semester examinations are okay but can improve in checking, as the teachers don't give the relevant marks.
Other: My parents told me to choose this course. The best thing in this course is that I can make games and websites. Maths should be removed because it doesn't make sense in CSE course.

I enjoyed 4 years of my engineering in this college.
Placements: Around 20 percent of the total branch together were placed last year. Companies like Accenture, HCL, and Orange visited, and the highest package so far is 6.8 LPA, while the lowest package was 2 LPA. Overall, 12 companies came for the placement drive last year.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are not so good. Wi-Fi is very slow and barely useful. The classrooms are good and comfortable for studying, and the library is quite large. Canteen, medical, and sports facilities are available, and you can enjoy them.
Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful, while others are not. All teachers are qualified, but not everyone teaches well. Semester exams are medium difficulty—not easy or tough. Just make sure you fill all the pages of the 40-page answer sheet, and you will easily pass the semester exam.
Other: Events are also organized in the college, and a fest is organized by UTU.

Fair and honest faculty.
Placements: Placements for Computer Science students are good as compared to the other branches. The average package offered is around 4 Lacs to 6 Lacs. Top companies coming here are HCL, Range and Infosys. The college offers courses like Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice. The labs are good along with Wi-Fi present in the college. There is no hostel provided by the college. This is a government college but no government hostels are provided here. thus facilities are absent in courses like CSE, Electronics Electrical, Mechanical and Civil.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and supportive in terms of technical knowledge as well as with other things. The semester exams are okay, they are not so tough as the questions are related to previous years questions, but the marking of the University is very poor.
