The XIC Entrance Test (XET) counseling was conducted after the list of selected candidates was released by the Xavier Institute of Communications. The XIC entrance exam 2024 counseling was conducted for the candidate who qualified as per the XIC OET results 2024. The exam body declared the results and released the final list along with the waitlist. As per the, the selected candidates were able to deposit their Course designated fees by May 15, 2024, by 4 p.m. The procedure for payment of fees will be uploaded on the XIC OET exam official website. The Wait List was announced tentatively on May 16, 2024, at approximately 4 p.m. The waitlist candidates had to deposit their course-designated fees by May 25, 2024, by 4 p.m. Candidates who failed to pay their fees within the stipulated period, it was understood that he/she wish to forego his/her seat. XIC will then approach the next in line on the Wait List. Candidates can go through the course related details below.

In case the applicant wishes to withdraw the admission before the stipulated time, the amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the Registration fees and 5000/- deduction from the tuition fees = 7080/- (inclusive of GST). In case the Application to withdraw the admission is made after the given time, the amounts will be refunded after deduction of Rs.1000/- from the registration fees and 25% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.
In case admission is withdrawn by the student on or after the classes commence, the amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the registration fees and 50% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.
Note: Any withdrawal of admission by a student for any reason whatsoever after the admission cycle is closed will result in the forfeiture of the entire fees. Only the library deposit will be refunded.

There's no separate registration. However, aspirants have to register on the website of the institute BEFORE they can go on to fill the XIC OET application form. It is a short process which involves providing your name and contact details.
