100% placements, great pool of faculty, best infrastructure, and has all kinds of facilities.

Placements: Our college has been maintaining 100% placement record since its inception. The highest package goes around 19-21 LPA, and the average goes around 10-11 LPA. We have a great pool of annual recruiters and managers to get new companies every year for campus hiring. Almost all companies that come for final placements, also come for offering internships.

XIMB is known for its high-end digitalized university infrastructure, its globally renowned faculty members and a campus life famous for its parties. On the downside, lies the huge pressure for grades, submissions, numerous committees, workload, never-ending talks, seminars, and conclaves. The college provides an average package of around rupees 10 lakhs per annum and inflates it to around 12 in the reports. Bhubaneswar, being a backward city doesn’t give many options to roam around.

XIMB is all about the experience. The wonderful campus experience, the enlightening interactions with the professors, the enriching conversations with peers and seniors and hands-on experience through various committee work and live projects. Classroom sessions are a good mix of case studies, presentations, formal lectures and class activities. The regular visits by industry stalwarts and other guest lecturers add tremendous value to the student fraternity. With the help of the vast alumni netwo...
