Exposure to industry and a good environment.

Placements: All students were placed during my tenure at XIM. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Axis, ICICI Bank, RBL, EY, and other reputed firms. All students got internships. Product manager, consultant, accounts manager, and many other good roles are offered.

India's 2nd best MBA- RM course with 100 percent placement record for years.

Placements: XSRM has a legacy of 100 per cent placement for years. The highest package offer for the batch of 2018-20 is 8 13.2 lacs p.a. If we see the avg. placement package in the corporate sector then it is above 9 lacs p.a. Major recruiters are BFSI and Micro-finance.

I am very satisfied with the college.

Placements: Around 100% of placements were recorded in reputed companies of India like Decathlon, Amul, etc. The highest salary package offered was 17 LPA the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA and average salary package offered was 8 LPA. Roles offered was marketing manager, semi management jobs. The sectors are normally rural development, microfinance Bank, marketing, finance, etc.

In all, I am satisfied with quality of teaching.

Placements: Major companies that come are of micro finance, marketing, consultancy and development sector. There was 100% placement of 2017-19 batch and all the students of 2018-20 batch got the internship from college. Students can find about the placements on the website of xsrm.

We can have a new experience every day.

Placements: The college maintains 100% placement legacy. The highest salary package was 15 LPA, and the average salary package was around 8 LPA were offered this year. Companies like Amul, ICICI, Bharati Axa, etc., visit the campus for final placements. Generally, students are hired as management trainees. We had also achieved 100 % internships this year. Companies like PWC, ICICI Foundation, Sarda Group, Kudumbashree, etc., visit the campus to recruit. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 45,00...

Best two years of life, good placement, very satisfied.

Placements: We have got 100 placement for the batch 2017-19 and 2016-18. The highest package was 15 Lacs. And the lowest was 6 lacs. Management Trainee roles was offered to many students. Around 95 percent got summer internship from college and others choose to do it by themselves. The highest stipend offered was 60000 pm. Yes we have a placement cell. It was very efficient for achieving 100 percent placement.

Satisfied with infrastructure, faculty members, and placements.

Placements: Placement rates are varied with each course in XUB. We achieve 100% placements. As far as the placement number of rural management department is concerned, the average salary package offered is 7.5-8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest was 6 LPA. We have a placement committee that handles placement activities, and they give their best to offer placement opportunities to almost all the students.

Placements: Placements for the students of MBA-RM are very good, and they were offered with high salary packages. The number of companies visiting for recruitment is increasing every year. There were 100% placements for the students of 2015-2017 batch of XSRM. XSRM has many well-settled alumni who frequently reach out to the current students and motivate them.

Placements: RM has been having 100% placements over many years now with a majority recruits in the Microfinance and BFSI Sector. Other sectors are Development, FMCG and Consultancy. Visiting companies: Delloite, Coromandel, Cargill, ICICI, Sambodhi, Bharati AXA etc.

XUB from an insider's view point.

Placements: The placement scenario was very good. The average package stood at 7.6 LPA. The diversity in the jobs offered was very impressive, especially in banking and development sectors. 95% of the students took their summer placements from campus recruitment.

Placements: The highest package offered is approximately 13 LPA and the lowest package offered is 6 LPA. Good placements and companies in 2016.

Placements: The placements were good. There was 100% placement for the batch of 2016-18. The RM course was first to get placed among all other courses I. e BM, HRM, some, IMG, MBF. Companies like Deloitte, Amul, Cargill, Koromandel, Basix etc. Were recruited. Internship- 100%.

Placements: 100 % placement this year with the highest package of 13 Lacs per annum. The companies come from diversified sectors. Till date only xsrm has been getting 100% placement. The mean would be 7.5 Lacs. The batch is also a diversified batch which helps the placement team to bring in diversified companies.

A look into the life of rural managers of Xavier school of rural management.

Placements: The placement is well managed by a dedicated team. The course has by far achieved 100% placements for the students, mostly from BFSI and development sector. The highest package is 13.75 lpa and lowest being 5.5 lpa. The summer placement has been successful with highest per month stipend being 45000.

XIMB, the next generation university.

Placements: The MBA RM programme at Xavier University has consistently achieved 100% placements from the inception of the course. The course was started long ago in 1995 as a programme in rural management at XIMB, hence having alumni in senior positions; which is one of the reasons for achieving 100% placements over the years.

Placements: It has the legacy of placing all the students before other schools under Xub. Companies like Delloite, Amul, PWC come to recruit students from our school the highest was around 13.5 LPA Average salary being 7.7 Everyone from 17-19 batch got internships We have a placement committee who takes care of all the placement related activities.
