Overall, it is a decent choice in Nagpur for CS/IT engineering.

Placements: Almost 50 percent of student are placed in various companies but the placement in core companies are very less most of them are placed in software companies. If you want just placement whether it is core or software then it is a good college. In mechanical the highest package was given by Mahindra and Mahindra 6lpa and after that some glass related company which has given 4 LPA but recruit only two students.

Feels honoured to be the part of this prestigious college.

Placements: It's one of the well-reputed college of Maharashtra with per cent ratio of about 80% placement. However, the salary package varies from company to company. Some of the topmost MNCs always picked approaches YCCE like L&T, TCS, Media Ocean, etc. and the roles that they offer varies as per the requirement of the company. Fortunately, from the last year, compulsory Internship has been introduced for the students of IT department.

Placement opportunity is one of the best thing that I have seen in this college.

Placements: Almost 60%-70% students were placed. College provides lot of placement opportunities but not all the students were able to take the advantage of it, because of lack of skill sets. The highest package was 4.25lacs and the lowest one 1.6lacs, Average package 3.2lacs. No one was interested in an internship in my batch, so college doesn't provide such an opportunity if students are not interested.

Good and bad in different aspects.

Placements: You can expect the minimum package of 2 Lacs and max of 10 Lakh. Most of the companies which came for placement was business process outsourcing. Though placement committee is very efficient batch size affects the efforts. College doesn't help for any kind of internship. People having 90-100 marks in CET should opt for ycce otherwise go for something better.

Placements: For the IT branch, placements were quite good. However, for the core branches like civil engineering branch, only 2 core companies had visited the campus for placements, which is same in the last year. For other branches, the placements were very good. Almost 70% of the students got placed from IT and C- Tech branches.

Placements: As I am a civil engineering student, I got only two chances to attend the placement drives. The tech giants like TCS and Wipro also visited our college along with Mahindra. One PSU was also invited by our management with the political influence of college trustee, but it did not convey the results of the interviews until today which obviously tells about the quality of the education that the institute is providing.
