Placements: The placements were good for our senior batch and our batch. The lowest salary package offered was around 2.4 lacs per annum, whereas the highest was 5.4 lacs per annum. The companies that visited campus were mostly from IT sector, and a few were from the core. There is a placement cell in every department, and a placement and training cell at college and organisation level is very much helpful to students before, during, and even after placements. It helps not just in campus placement but also...
Placements: Placements for our batch was okay but it was much better last year! We hoped for more companies to come this year. But college gave us the popular companies like Mahindra & Mahindra etc. A number of IT companies came and Alot of students from Computer and etc. Department got placed. There is training and placement department and it helps students.
Placements: The placement record of this college is better than other colleges. This college gives various opportunities to students to get placed in good industries or companies. The atmosphere of the college is great, and many quality engineers graduate from this college, in various branches.
Placements: Many were placed but weren't in the civil engineering field. They were mostly placed in the IT sector rather than any of core. One was placed in flour Daniel with a package of 4.5 to 6 Lacs and the rest with a package averaging 3.5 Lacs. Many companies often visit but we lack in the entertainment of core companies.
Placements: Placements are average every year, but in 2017 was very less. Mostly IT companies visits like capgemeni LnT. Core companies visit very less and select 2-3 students. Per year more than 1000 students are in race including 2 more alliance colleges NYSS and SVSS.
Placements: Placement depend totally on you. College will bring companies but if you are short listed then you get through. Big companies also come, however bigger the company less the package is. Infosys, TCS, will give a package of around 3.5 lacs p. a. the lowest package is around 2.4 whereas the highest is around 7 lacs. Placement is good if you are good. College will give opportunities. You need to tap them.
Placements: I am placed in L&T technology ! It was the first company. But we were not allowed to sit for any other campus as the college thought that those who are placed will get placed everytime. So we were not allowed and hence even though the company is not my core company, I have to join it! These sole reason behind this was to get maximum students placed. But all the worth people got placed in the first company and they didnt get an opportunity to sit in their fav company! Rest many companies are comi...
Placements: The placements are quite good under autonomy, and the placements for computer technology is almost 100 percent as IT firms like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini regularly visits the campus. Many other companies also visit for the core branches like Tata, Mahindra &Mahindra, etc. In 2016, the placements were very good.
Placements: The placement was not up to the mark. But, this is the case for all the other academies. Hope this situation will change in the future. My brother is 8 years elder than me and that time. the placement was never an issue in YCCE. But, as the interest of students towards B.E increased, and the placements decreased year by year.
Placements: There are best placements ever. There are 50 to 55 companies, which visit the campus every year. The placement cell is the best. Last year, nearly 400 to 500 students got selected. Training and placement cell helps everyone. The TPO is also good. Overall, the college is good.
Placements: The placement is good for tech and electronics branch. But core field guys have to struggle a lot to get placed in the core companies. So most of the core guys get placed in IT companies only. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, IBM, Gate, InfoCepts visit every year and recruit in bulk.
Placements: For our senior batch, the placement was good, but for our batch, it was not that good. Some companies were expected to visit, but they didn't. So, the placement was poor. Our college's TNP department tried very hard to bring many companies, but due to lack of some qualities, they didn't come.
Placements: As per my branch, about 20 students got placed out of 180. In other branches, for example, IT, etc., most of the students got placement in IT sector, and the placement percentage is about 90%. The average package is around 3 LPA, and the highest package was 5.6 LPA by Fluor Daniel in 2015.
Placements: The placements are very good in this college. Many MNC companies are there for the placement. Sometimes they take the bulk of students for jobs with good packages. Students get jobs as in the early final year, so that will be the benefit so that they can do the projects in the company too.
Placements: TCS, L&T, Amazon, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, TVS, Mahindra are the companies that visit. No internship programme is offered by the college. The average package is around 2.5-3 lacs/ annum. The placement percentage depends on the number of students passing out from the college. Generally, 70% of the passing students get placed.
Placements: For the senior batch the placement was excellent, but from my batch onwards, it gets worsened. For software branches, the placement was nearly about 100%, but for the core branches, it was nearly about 40% to 50%. Also, the internship was started from our batch, and the college brought some companies whereas the students brought some.
Placements: The placement is moderately good, and the average salary package is 3-3.5 LPA. IT placements are high as compared to core placements. T and P cell of the college works very hard to place students. Although placements offered are for IT companies mainly, hardly a handful of students are placed in core companies.
Placements: The placements offered are based on IT companies. If you are good in aptitude and communication, you can surely get the placement. The package offered by the companies is far below the expectations. Good opportunity for the graduates of electronics and telecommunication as well as the computer technology.
Placements: About, 53% of the students got placed from my branch. The others applied for the higher education courses. Well, as per the placement is concerned, YCCE has a good weight over Nagpur. There is a rise in the standards of the company being visiting the college in a few couple of years.
Placements: The mechanical department of YCCE has the strength of 180 students out of which only 20 students get selected in the mechanical core company on an average every year. The highest package received is the one who gets selected in Mahindra and Mahindra, which is around 6 LPA. This year, the student placed in the other companies like L&T were offered an annual package of 4 LPA. But out of 180, only 20 students are selected in core companies, and rest join either the company of different fields or do...
