DEED Design PG Courses Application Form 2022: Check Registration Date, Fees & How to Apply

You need to upload images of your passport-size photograph and educational documents while filling the application form. The details are mentioned above. The uploaded documents should be as per the given specification only.

Note that if any document is found to be incorrect or doesn't match the given specifications, such applications may be rejected.

During the personal interview, the purpose is to evaluate the design aptitude of the applicant. Further, the candidate's skills in Sketching, Visualization, Creativity, and Sense of understanding & solving problems will also be evaluated. The candidates must present a Work Portfolio (Portfolio of their work) to the panel of the selection jury during the Personal Interview. The portfolio could include any creative work done by the student (such as drawings, paintings, photographs, films/ videos made by the student, craftwork, projects, models, etc.)

Also, stay prepared for questions related to your academic background and subjects studied.

To be considered for admission to the BDes program, the candidate’s age should not exceed 22 years as of 31^st July in the year of application. In case of the MDes program, the applicants should be more than 20 years of age and less than or equal to 25 years of age as of 31^st July of the year of applying. Candidates will be considered for admission to the design courses on the basis of DEED 2025 scores.

Note that if the candidate doesn't meet the prescribed eligibility, his or her candidature could be cancelled at any stage of the admission process.

Candidates should have passed class 12 in any stream from a recognised board with aggregate 50% marks for taking admission in Bachelor of Design course. For Master of Design course candidates should have Bachelor degree in any stream with aggregate 50% marks. Candidates appearing in last semester of their Bachelor degree can also apply. 

The candidate needs to ensure their eligibility before filling out the application form.

You will have to visit the official website of DJ Academy of Design in order to register. Candidates can click on the ‘Admissions’ link.

In the registration form that opens, enter details like name, email ID and phone number. On registration, you have to fill out the rest of the application form.

Upload documents and finally pay the application fee to complete the process.

The DEED application form is expected to open soon. The application form will open online. Candidates who want to apply for admission will have to register, apply and pay the application fee in order to appear in the entrance exam.

Applications submitted via offline mode will not be accepted. Also, make sure that applications are submitted before the last date.

Step 2: Click on ‘Admission List’ link

Step 3: Enter Login ID and password

Step 4: Click on ‘Sign in’ button

Step 5: View the admission list

Step 6: Download admission status

Step 7: Pay admission fee

The DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore, hasn't yet released the DEED 2025 application form. The last date to apply for the exam will be notified when the application opens.

Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibiity criteria may fill out the application form.

When filling out the application form, only use correct and verificable data.

Candidates will be given admission in BDes and MDes courses on the basis of:

1. DEED 2025 entrance exam
2. Shortlisted candidates have to next appear in a personal interview, which comprises a Portfolio Review round.

The final merit list will be prepared by considering both the factors.

The DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore, offers admission to both BDes and MDes courses. Popluar specializations to pick from inlcude Industrial Design and Communication Design. 

Admission to these courses will be through the DEED 2025 merit rank. During the allotment of seats, higher ranked candidates will be given preference.
