CCMT 2024 Registration: Check Date, Fees and Process

The CCMT 2024 counselling conducting authority has announced the dates related to CCMT Counselling 2024. The complete schedule of CCMT 2024 counselling is provided below.

Candidates will be required to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility/course-specific requirements before filling and applying for CCMT qualifying during choice filling. Candidates will solely be responsible for checking these special eligibility requirements. CCMT will not entertain any claims arising out of their failure to comply with these special eligibility criteria.

Step 1 - Registration: Before filling out the CCMT registrations 2024, candidates have to register for the counselling process. To register, the candidates must submit their name and GATE related details such as year of exam, registration ID, exam paper and score out of 100.

Step 2 - Filling of Application Form: After registration, candidates need to log in to the official website and enter their details such as parent’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, academic qualification, bank account information and others.

Step 3 - Uploading GATE Scorecards: Candidates will also be required to upload a scanned copy of the GATE scorecard. The format of the scorecard should be GIF/PNG/JPG/JPEG/BMP and the size should be between 50 KB to 200 KB.

Step 4 - Submission of Application Form: Before the CCMT 2024 registrations, candidates must generate passwords. Submission of the application form will be done after all submitted details are reviewed. After the completion of registration, a unique registration number will be generated.

Step 5 - Payment of Registration Fee: Candidates have to pay the required registration fee through online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan at any branch of SBI).

Step 6 - Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates have to select their choice of colleges and courses during the allotted time. Change, re-order and deletion of choices could be done within the choice-filling period. Candidates must fill the choice in the order of their preference. Editing of selected choices cannot be done after locking. A printout of the filled choices must be taken for future reference.

Before proceeding with the CCMT 2024 registration, candidates must be ready with the following things:

• Candidate’s Personal Details (Name, Address, and Father’s Name etc)
• Candidate’s Academic Details
• Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking details to Pay Registration Fee
• Scanned Documents (check the link after the first para above for the list)
• E-Mail ID
• Mobile Number

In case a candidate forgets the CCMT Registration password, mandatory to log in, he/she can follow the steps mentioned below to retrieve it:

Step-1: Click on the Login link on the CCMT website

Step-2: Click on the link named “Forgot Password”

Step-3: Two options will be displayed on the screen: (i) Receive reset link through Mobile via SMS or (ii) Receive reset link on E-Mail ID. Choose any one of the option to get the reset link.

Step-4: Click on the reset link and set a new password
