MET 2024 Counselling
MET 2024 counselling process has concluded. During the MET counselling process, the candidates had to register, pay the fee and fill out their preferred courses and campuses. MET 2024 seat allotment results were released online separately for each round. The authorities allotted seats based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. After the allotment was announced, the selected candidates had to confirm their admission by verifying their documents and paying the tuition fee in instalments before the final date. If the candidates were unable to confirm their MET 2024 admission before the final date, then their allotment was cancelled.
Q: Â How many rounds of MET counselling will be held?
As per the previous year trends, the authorities are expected to conduct five counselling rounds. Along with the five rounds of MET counselling, a intra-institute round is also expected to be held to select candidates for allotment of seats. For every round of counselling, the candidates will be able to select/edit their choices for allotment. Separate MET seat allotment results will be announced for every round.
Q: Â What is the MET counselling registration process?
To participate in the MET counselling process, the candidates will have to complete the registration process before the final date. To be registered for MET counselling, the candidates will have to click on the registration link and log in using their application number and OTBS password. After checking the profile, the candidates will have to update it with the necessary information . Not much changes in the details can be made during the MET counselling registration process. Candidates will also have to select their choice of courses and campuses in the order of preference for allotment. Fresh registration and choice filling/editing will be allowed for every round of MET counselling.
Q: Â When will classes commence for the MET qualified candidates?
The authorities have not yet announced the MET 2025 class commencement date for the qualified candidates. The classes can expect to start a few weeks after the counselling and allotment process commences. The candidates will be able to check the official MET 2025 class commencement date online. The authorities will make the announcement and inform the selected candidates regarding the start of classes. All selected candidates will have to report to their allotted college on the specified dates for the commencement of classes.
