AP TET Cut Off 2024: The AP TET 2024 is a qualifying exam only and the candidates need to obtain the minimum qualifying marks or passing marks to clear the exam. The AP TET cut-off 2024 is also called qualifying or passing marks. The AP TET qualifying marks 2024 differ for BC, OC, SC, ST, PH, and Ex-S categories. Check the AP TET pass percentage along with the qualifying marks for all the categories below. As per the fixed AP TET passing marks 2024, the OC (General) category candidates need to obtain a minimum of 60 per cent marks, BC category candidates need to obtain 50 per cent marks and SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-S candidates need 40 per cent marks.

The Department of School Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh conducts the AP TET exam to determine the eligibility of candidates to become teachers in Andhra Pradesh schools. Candidates who clear the AP TET results 2024 are awarded the AP TET Certificate 2024. The AP TET exam 2024 comprises two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers carry a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 1 mark each.

The AP TET (Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) certificates are issued to the qualified candidates by the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh. The certificates are usually issued within a few months of the declaration of the AP TET results. After the declaration of the results, the candidates who have qualified the AP TET exam are required to download the AP TET certificate from the official website of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh. The certificate is issued in the form of a PDF file which contains the candidate's name, roll number, marks obtained in the exam, and other relevant details. The official notification reads, No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. The candidates can only raise objections against the provisional answer key. Based on the objections raised by the candidates, the final answer key and the result is released.

AP TET 2024 Passing Marks for Female

The AP TET passing marks 2024 for females are the same as that of male candidates. Female candidates of the OC category need to obtain 90 out of 150 marks, females of the BC category need 75 out of 150 marks and SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-S female candidates need 60 out of 150 marks to clear the AP TET exam 2024.
