Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is one of India’s premier professional electronics companies. Established in 1954, the Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) produces a wide range of equipment in fields such as Defence Communication, Radars, Naval Systems, Weapon Systems, Telecom & Broadcast Systems, Professional Electronic Components, Solar Photovoltaic Systems, etc. The company has a total of nine units across India – Bengaluru, Ghaziabad, Pune, Machilipatnam, Panchkula, Kotdwara, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

BEl released the advertisements for various posts very frequently and the candidates need to keep visiting this page to check about new notifications. Some of the posts notified in the BEL recruitment notification requires certain experience also. The eligibility for some of the posts are given below.

• Academic / Teaching experience/ Research work/ any Training which is not part of work will not be considered.
• One year of completed apprenticeship training will be considered as experience.
• Only Indian Citizens can apply

BEL Recruitment 2022 Important Dates

BEL recruitment 2022 notice was issued on December 8 and the last date to apply for the exam is December 31. The application forms of the candidates will be scrutinised and the eligible candidates will be called for the 

The BEL recruitment application process is summarised below.

BEL Application Form 2022

The candidates can apply for the BEL 2022 recruitment exam in the manner given below.

• Go to the official website of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) –www.bel-india.in
• Go to the careers button appearing on the top of the navigation
• A new window will appear showing the advertisement link and forms download links
• Click on the official advertisement link and download
• Read all the eligibility criteria and ensure that they fulfil all the criteria
• Click on the application form link and download the form
• Fill out the form and all the information as asked
• Scan the filled out application form and convert it into PDF
• Fill in the personal details as asked in the attached Excel file
• Scan the file and send it to the contengr1@bel.co.in.

After e-mailing the scanned copies of the application and excel files containing the personal details, the candidates need to send the self-attested hard copies of the application form, excel file, academic, professional and experience certificates to the Pune office. The candidates should also send their category certificates in the format given along with the application form.

BEL Application Fee

The candidates need to submit the application fee through the demand draft in favour of 'Bharat Electronics Limited'  payable in Pune. The application fee for trainee engineers and project engineers is given below.

Step 2: BEL Selection Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria with respect to their qualifications and experience will be shortlisted and called for the written exam. The written exam dates will be released later and intimated to the selected candidates through email. The written exam will be conducted at the designated exam centres and the result will be declared on the same day. The candidates who pass the written exam will be called for an interview. The weightage of the exam stages is as follows.

• Written Exam - 75%
• Interview - 15%

In the applications where only interview is conducted, the following criteria is mentioned for screening of the candidates and calling them for interview.

• Candidates have to compulsorily provide the CGPA conversion to the percentage of marks as per the guidelines provided by their University.
• Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on marks obtained in BE/BTech and the number of years of experience as indicated above in the ratio of 1:5. Only those candidates shortlisted will be called for the interview.  
• Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview are required to log on to the website and enter their application number to access and download their interview call letter. 
• Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will be sent through email only.

Shortlisted candidates need to appear for the written test and/ or interview according to the date and time mentioned on the admit card. Documents (original and self-attested copies) that candidates need to carry at the time of BEL selection process are:  

• BEL admit card
• Application Form
• A copy of the excel file containing personal details
• Photograph
• Class 10^th certificate
• Class 12^th certificate
• Graduation mark sheets of all semesters
• Graduation degree certificate
• Experience certificate
• Relieving letter (if applicable)
• Recent payslips (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
