ICSI will conduct the CSEET 2025 exam for May session in remote proctored mode. CSEET 2025 exam can be taken from home or a convenient place by the registered candidates. ICSI does not release the CSEET exam centre list. 

Q:   How can I check the allotted CSEET exam centre?

A:

Candidates will be able to check the CSEET allotted exam centre upon release of CSEET admit card. Only candidates who will fill the CSEET application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the admit card when released. The name of exam centre will be mentioned in case the exam will be held in centre-based mode. The CSEET January 2025 admit card is expected to release in first week of January in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the following details on the release of CSEET 2025 admit card:

  1. Name of the candidate
  2. Registration number
  3. Category
  4. Location
  5. Date of exam
  6. Time of exam
  7. Photograph
  8. Signature
  9. Instructions related to the exam

Candidates must note that the CSEET exam centre once allotted, no request for change in exam centre will be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to carefully enter the exam centre preference while filling the application form.

Q:   How can I enter CSEET exam centre preference?

A:

Candidates can enter the CSEET exam centre preference while filling the registration form. CSEET 2025 application form is available for January session. While filling the CSEET application form candidates will be able to select up exam cities as per their preference. CSEET 2025 exam will be a remote proctored test.

Q:   What is the CSEET mode of examination? Will it be conducted from test centre?

A:

CS Executive Entrance Test will be Computer Based Test (Remote Proctored). In this mode of examination the exam will be conducted through remote proctored instead of conducting it through the CSEET test centres. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the CSEET 2025 exam through their own laptops/desktops from home any other isolated and convenient place. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to appear for the CSEET exam through Tablets, Mobile Phones or any other similar electronic item. CSEET 2025 May session examination is scheduled to be held on May 03, 2025 in remote proctored mode.

Q:   Where are the CSEET exam centers?

A:

CSEET exam centres refer to the centre where the entrance exam is conducted in offline mode. However, CSEET 2025 will be held in remote proctored mode. Candidates will not be required to go to the exam centre to take CSEET exam. Candidates while filling the application form will be able to enter the CSEET exam centre preference. The preferences will be considered if the exam is conducted in centre based mode. The mode of examination for CSEET exam is notified. CSEET if conducted in centre based mode, is expected to be held across 27 states and UT's. Candidates must carefully enter their exam centre preference while filling the application form as no request for change in exam centre will be entertained once the application form is submitted.

Q:   How can I know if my Desktop or Laptop is meeting the system requirement for CSEET online exam?

A:
CSEET mock test is conducted to familiarise candidates to the actual test environment and also validate the compatibility of the software and hardware. If the candidate encounters any technical issue during the mock test they must contact the technical support notified on the email address sent to all the candidates. The contact details will also be mentioned on the CSEET admit card. Candidates may contact the technical authorities on all working days from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sunday. Candidates preparing for the CSEET exam must ensure to fulfill the IT requirements. Q:   How will the live proctors control the online CSEET exam?

A:
Live proctors will watch the CSEET exam online. The process will be carried out in following ways: 1. Proctors will be able to chat with the exam taker in an active chat session. 2. Proctors can also communicate with the test takers through a microphone or camera. 3. During the exam, the activities of the candidate and screen will be captured frequently. 4. Each session is finished either by the test taker, automatically after the end of the allotted time, or by the proctor. All audio, video, text messages and recorded events are saved in the system and are attached to the session protocol. 5. At the end of the exam, the proctor will leave a remark (positive or negative) about the candidate. If there are no violations during the exam, then the proctor will mark the candidate positive.

Q:   What are the prerequisites for CSEET online proctored examination?

Candidates appearing for the CSEET online proctored examination must ensure to fulfill the following technical requirements to appear for the exam without any hassle and avoid any technical glitches. Check the list below to know the IT/Software requirements for online proctored examination: 1. Windows 10 (Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions) or Windows 8 2. 2 Core Processor 3. 4 GB or above RAM 4. 1024*768 screen resolution 5. Chrome the latest version 6. Web camera 7. Microphone 8. Minimum 64 MB graphics 9. Stable internet connection 10. Proper internet speed 11. Antivirus to be disabled and be re-installed post the examination, 12. Q:   What is the process of appearing for CSEET exam in online proctored mode?

A:
1. After logging in, candidates must read the instructions carefully. In case of any doubt or confusion candidates must seek guidance from the remote proctor. 2. Each question is the CSEET question paper will have four alternative answers marked as A, B, C and D. Candidates must choose the appropriate option and mark the same through mouse by clicking against the appropriate answer. Chosen answer will be saved. 3. Candidates can make the changes in chosen answer by simply clicking on the other option before the conclusion of the CSEET exam. 4. Candidates must not click on 'End Test' tab without answering the questions. They must carefully mark the answers and review. After click on the 'End Test' tab candidates will not be able to restart the CSEET exam. 5. Countdown clock will start as soon as the exam is commenced. The same will be displayed on the top right side of the screen. That will show the time left for candidates to complete the test. 6. During the Test, the candidates can use the Marked for Review option by clicking on Marked for Review button, if they wish to review or revisit the question later. 7. Incase of any technical failure candidates must immediately inform the remote proctor. The answers already marked will be save automatically.

Q:   Which items are prohibited during CSEET exam?

A:
CSEET exam is conducted in online proctored mode. In this mode of examination candidates will be able to take the exam form their own laptops/desktops. In such a case, no candidate shall be allowed to keep with him/her any book, study material, handwritten or printed notes, mobile phone, headphone, earphone, pager, digital diary, calculator, blue tooth device, laptop, palmtop, smart watch, health band or any other electronic device or gadget. Also, candidates are also not allowed to use pencil/ pen and Paper for the online test. No person, other than the CSEET registered candidate, shall be present for the test. Candidate should not talk to any one during the test or read questions / answers aloud. If found, such candidates will be disqualified.

Q:   What actions can lead to the disqualification of the candidate during the CSEET online proctored examination?

A:

If candidates are found to be violating the guidelines during the test or trying to practice unfair means, the data will be collected automatically and will automatically notify the live proctor under the following circumstances:

  1. Focus changed to another window: candidate is on other tab than test window.
  2. Candidate using older version of browser
  3. Webcam is disabled
  4. Candidate's face is not visible
  5. Faces other than of candidate Infront of the camera
  6. Face not matching the candidate's profile
  7. Microphone is on mute or volume is low and several background noises can be heard
  8. Screen activities are not shared
  9. Second display is used; additional monitor
  10. Full screen mode is disabled.
