Q:   When will ICSI announce CSEET results?

A:

CSEET January 2025 results will be announced at icsi.edu in Third week of January. Candidates who will appear for the CSEET January 2025 exam can check their scores online on the official website of ICSI. CSEET results usually after 10 days of the examination. Candidates will be able to access their scorecard by entering the login credentials: Application number and Date of birth. The CSEET January 2025 session exam will be held on January 11, 2025. Candidates are notified about the CSEET result date soon after the release of notification. To download the CSEET 2025 scorecard candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the official website

Step 2- Screen will display the login page; enter the following details:

  • CSEET Roll Number
  • Date of Birth

Step 3- Check in the box and click on the tab 'Login'

Step 4- Screen will now display the CSEET result. Check for the details mentioned

Step 5- Save and download the result.

Q:   Is Viva voice removed from the CSEET exam?

A:

Yes, in view of the CSEET Remote Proctored Mode, the Viva Voce section stands canceled since the exam was conducted on August 20, 2020. Whereas, the Multiple Choice Questions of the CSEET question paper shall remain the same as per the existing CSEET exam pattern. Recently, ICSI has introduced the CSEET new exam pattern under new syllabus 2022. According to the CSEET 2023 exam pattern (revised), the question paper will be divided into four parts- Part 1- Business Communication Part 2- Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude Part 3- Economic and Business Environment Part 4- Current Affairs.

Q:   What happens if you fail in CSEET?

A:
If a candidate fails in CSEET exam, they will not be considered for having cleared the entrance exam. Such candidates have the opportunity to reappear for the entrance exam in the subsequent sessions to improve their scores. Here are important notes if the candidate fails in the CSEET exam: 1. Candidates who fails the examination can reappear for the subsequent session to take another attempt to clear the test. 2. Candidates must analyse their performance and focus on the weak areas. 3. Candidates must keep in mind the duration of the CS course and know the period within which they want to clear the CSEET. It is important to adhere to prescribed guidelines and avoid delays. 4. Candidates will be required to pay the application fee for each attempt.

CSEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check the complete CSEET eligibility criteria before enrolling for CS course:

  • CSEET is a mandatory qualifying test for all categories for registration to the Executive Programme except for few exempted categories. 
  • Age must not be less than 17 years on the date of application.
  • Candidates must have completed Class 12th.  
  • Final passed of ICAI/Final passed of ICMAI/ Graduates having minimum 50% marks/ Post Graduates will be exempted from taking CSEET and will be eligible for direct registrations to CS Executive programme.

CSEET 2024 Registrations

CSEET registration form 2024 has been released in online mode. Candidates could fill the online application form at icsi.edu for November 2024 session. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed CSEET eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The registration window is open throughout the year for CSEET.

Q:   What is the validity of the CSEET results?

A:

CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET is conducted for entry to the CS Executive programme. CSEET results are valid for a year from the date of declaration of results. CSEET exam results are usually announced 10 days after the date of the examination. Candidates who are declared 'pass' are eligible for pursuing the next level of CS course I. e. , the CS Executive programme. However, candidates who are not declared to pass they can re-appear for the CSEET exam to pursue the CS course.

Q:   How can I check my CSEET results?

A:

The Institute of Company Secretaries India will declare the CSEET January 2025 results. Only candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to download their CSEET scorecard online. To download the CSEET results, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below: 

Step 1- Visit the official website of ICSI

Step 2- Click on the tab 'view CSEET results'

Step 3- Enter the login credentials- Application number and date of birth

Step 4- Screen will now display the CSEET scorecard

Step 5- Check for the details mentioned on the scorecard

Step 6- Save and download the scorecard for future reference.

Q:   What is the process after CSEET exam?

A:
After appearing for the CSEET exam, the authorities will declare the CSEET results. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria shall be declared pass. Candidates who will clear the CSEET exam will be able to register for the CS Executive examination for the upcoming session examination. The registrations for CS Executive examination is open throughout the year. Whereas, if the candidate does not clear the CSEET exam he/she can register again for the next session examination. Candidates must stay updated with the cutoff dates to appear for the CSEET exam.

Q:   Will I receive the physical copy of CSEET scorecard?

A:
Candidates will not be issued any physical copy of the CSEET scorecard. On declaration of CSEET results candidates must login at the official website of ICSI ICET- (icsi (dot) edu) and download and take the print of the ICSI CSEET scorecard immediately. Candidates must check for the following details that will be mentioned on the ICSI CSEET scorecard: 1. Admission number 2. Name of the candidate 3. Result date 4. Roll number 5. Documents Required for CSEET Registration

Candidates must keep the following documents/information ready before filling the CSEET application form:

  • A scanned copy of the applicant’s photograph
  • Scanned signature
  • Date of birth certificate (10th pass certificate)
  • Hall ticket/admit card of class 12 (if appearing)

Only registered candidates for CSEET can download the CSEET 2024 admit card for November session. CSEET admit card is released 10 days prior to the given exam date.
