DMRC Eligibility Criteria

The DMRC recruitment process is initiated by the release of the recruitment advertisement. The eligible criteria of all the posts are mentioned in the DMRC recruitment notification. The most popular post for which most of the candidates wait for the entire year is Customer Relationship Manager because of its eligibility criteria. The educational qualification required for this post is a graduate from any recognised university.

The eligibility criteria for every post are notified in the advertisement. It is very important the candidates must understand the eligibility criteria and ensure that they fulfil the same so that their candidature will not be cancelled at the time of final document verification stage.

DMRC Application Process

The details about the DMRC recruitment process are mentioned in the recruitment advertisement. The most important part of the DMRC application process is the timely submission of the application form and the submission of the prescribed application fee as per the category of the candidate. DMRC Selection Process

DMRC recruitment is done for various positions. The two broad categories of posts for which the DMRC recruitment is made in the following way.

Direct Recruitment
Lateral Recruitment

The direct recruitment is made through open competition and lateral recruitment is made from the specialised experience candidates.

The DMRC recruitment process is simple. The DMRC conducts the written exam in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and selects the candidates on their performance in the CBT. There is no interview in the non-gazetted posts, so to select the candidates, the exam process is divided into prelims and mains. Instead of an interview, some post requires mandatory medical test and psychometric test.

Pattern of Examination

The examination is aptitude oriented and the candidates need to qualify in each of the subjects. The syllabus comprises the sections from the General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude. Technical stream-based questions are also asked. For some positions, there is a separate question paper of General English.

DMRC Result

DMRC released result after each phase of the exam. The candidate needs to qualify each stage to get a call for the successive stage of the exam. The candidates selected in the written exam are approximately three to four time the number of vacancies notified. The candidates need to breach the cutoff of each stage to get selected for the next stage.

DMRC Cut off

The DMRC releases the cut off along with the result. The DMRC cut off is arrived at after the exam and it differs from the minimum marks required to qualify for the exam as mentioned in the notification.

After the exam, the candidates are called for the interview and in some cases for the medical and psychometric test.
