JEECUP Counselling 2025 : Registration, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, Document Verification

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh will announce the JEECUP counselling dates 2025 at the official website. JEECUP counselling 2025 will be conducted in multiple rounds. All qualified candidates have to complete the JEECUP counselling process for admissions. Allotment will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. Six rounds of counselling will be held to select candidates for admission. 

To be eligible for JEECUP 2025 counselling, the candidates should attempt and qualify JEECUP. Only those candidates who have a valid JEECUP 2025 score will be allowed to participate in the conuselling process. No other scores will be accepted for admissions. Candidates who secure the required admission cutoff will have higher chances of seat allotment. Candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria before registering for the JEECUP counselling process.

JEECUP 2025 seat allotment dates will be announced during the counselling process. The authorities will release the JEECUP seat allotment 2025 for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth round at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can access their JEECUP 2025 seat allotment status by logging in using the required credentials. The authorities will use no other mode of allotment. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. Separate allotment results will be released for every round of JEECUP counselling. 

The authorities will conduct six rounds of JEECUP 2025 counselling. Candidates will be able to participate in the JEECUP counselling 2025 online. For every round of counselling, fresh choice filling was accepted by the authorities. Candidates have to participate in the JEECUP counselling process for admissions into the courses offered by the participating institutes. If the candidates were not satisfied with their allotment, then they could apply for the next rounds of counselling.

After the candidates are allotted seats during the JEECUP 2025 counselling process, they have to confirm their admissions before the final date. To confirm their admission, the selected candidates have to freeze their seats and verify their documents at the help centres. After the documents are verified, the candidates have to pay the tuition fee before the final date. If the admission is not confirmed before the final date, then the allotted seats will be cancelled.

After logging in, the candidates will have to fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. The factors involved in JEECUP 2025 seat allocation are the choice preference, reservation and State Open Rank. The selected candidates will be announced through the JEECUP 2025 seat allotment result. After the allotment, the candidates have to confirm their seats by paying the tuition fee and submitting the required documents.

The authorities will commence the JEECUP 2025 counselling choice filling process online. After checking the result, the candidates will be able to fill out their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. From the provided online list, the candidates have to select the preferred courses and colleges and submit it before the final date. It is to be noted that the selection have to be done strictly in the order of preference since it will be considered during allotment. 

JEECUP counselling registration fee will be INR 250. The candidates are required to pay the JEECUP counselling fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment was accepted by the authorities. If the candidates failed to pay the counselling fee before the final date, then they were not allowed to attempt the entrance examination. After the final date, the authorities did not accept any requests regarding fee payment. 

After the JEECUP 2025 seat allotment, the selected candidates will be able to freeze or float their allotment. If the candidates are satisfied with their allotment, then they can confirm their admission by selecting the freeze option. By selecting the freeze option, the candidates can confirm their admission and withdrawed from the further rounds of counselling. However, if the candidates were not satisfied with their allotment, then they can choose the float option and participate in the next round of counselling for a chance of admission in their preferred college or course. The float candidates have to pay INR 3000 as a security fee payment.
