VOCLET Application Form 2025: Registration, Documents Required, Steps to Apply

The VOCLET exam is conducted by the West Bengal Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Council. There is no age limit, but a candidate should be an Indian citizen and have passed or appeared in a 10+2 examination. The VOCLET 2024 application form will be available in online mode only. 

There is no age limit to apply for VOCLET 2025. Candidates who have passed the Class 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with physics/mathematics/chemistry/computer science/electronics/information technology/biology/informatics practices/biotechnology/technical vocational subject/agriculture/engineering graphics/business studies/entrepreneurship. OR 
Passed H.S. (Vocational) examination of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development. OR
Passed 10+2 years ITI (continuous) in annual system or symester system (Appearing ITI candidates are not eligible).

VOCLET 2025 registration will commence online at the official website. The last date to apply for VOCLET will be notified later. VOCLET is the state-level entrance exam through which candidates can get admission to second-year Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology offered in the state of West Bengal.

West Bengal State Council of Technical Education will soon release the VOCLET 2025 exam date at the official website. Applicants can access the VOCLET exam date at scvtwb.in. The exam authority will conduct the VOCLET exam in offline pen and paper mode. Applicants appearing in the exam must carry their VOCLET admit card 2025 along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.  

The last date to fill out the VOCLET 2025 application form will be notified later. Online Application Form is to be filled properly. Under no circumstances, any subsequent request for a change in information, furnished by the candidate in the Online Application Form, shall be entertained. It is mentioned that special care should be taken in filling up the name of the candidate, name of his or her Father/Mother/ Guardian and Date of Birth. Incorrect entry in this regard may result in problems at the time of counselling or admission, or registration. 

The important instructions are; fill in the application forms carefully so that no request for change in information will be entertained. Incase of any discrepancy of information found at any stage of the admission process, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled. Candidate should check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. 

VOCLET 2025 application form will be available online. No other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. As per the VOCLET 2025 Information Brochure, an applicant should ensure that he or she satisfies the requirements relating to age, educational qualification, caste, etc. before filling up the application form. If, after scrutiny at any stage, it is found that an applicant is ineligible as per the prescribed eligibility norms, then his or her candidature will stand cancelled even if he or she secures a position in the merit list, a seat is allotted to him or her, or takes admission and gets registered.

The VOCLET 2025 application form will be available online at the official website, scvtwb.in. To participate in the examination, candidates have to submit the application form before the final date. The application fee is INR 450, and for valid Kanyashree enrollees, it is INR 225. Payment of the application fee is to be made online through Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI.

According to the Kanyashree Scheme, Kanyashree enrollees will get 50% waiver

(a) in the cost of Admission Form,

(b) in Registration Fee and 

(c) in Counseling Fee.

Also Kanyashree enrollees will get priority for accommodation in Hostel of Government Polytechnics where hostel facility is available. The above stated facilities will be available on production/ submission of valid Kanyashree Identity Card in original issued by the Competent Authority of the Government of West Bengal.

Candidates will have to click on the ‘Forgot Password’ tab, which will enable them to restore the password or generate a new password. Candidate's login details will be available in their registered email address.

No, to appear for VOCLET exam, the candidates have to pay the application fee online, i.e., through a credit/debit card or net banking. Candidates are requested to download the copy of the filled-in application form after submitting the
