Rajasthan Police Constable 2024: Notification (Soon), Application Form, Exam Date, Pattern & Syllabus

Rajasthan Police Constable Exam 2024 will be conducted by the office of the Director-General of Police, Rajasthan. Rajasthan Police Department invites applications for the posts of General Constable, Constable Driver, Constable Band, Constable Cavalry, and others as per requirement. This exam is one of the most awaited exams for candidates who are willing to join the Rajasthan Police Force.

• Step 2 - Under the section of important announcements go to the application link and click it
• Step 3 - Go to the new registration and register yourself with valid details
• Step 4 - Fill in the application form

• Step 6 - Pay the application fee via online mode (net banking, debit card, credit card, or any other provided option)

• The mental fitness of the candidates is an important criterion
• Candidates must not suffer from night blindness, hernia, knock-knee, varicose veins, flat foot, colour blindness, stammering, squint or any other vision or surgery-related deformity

The Rajasthan Police Constable Syllabus 2024 is divided into four components. 

• Section A- Reasoning, Logical Abilities, and Basic Computer Knowledge

• Section B- General Knowledge, Social Studies, and Current Affairs and Events

• Section C- Crimes Against Women and Children

• Section D- Rajasthan History, Geography, Culture, Economics, and Polity

The selection of candidates for the role of constable under the Rajasthan police has several stages, the Rajasthan Police Constable exam pattern has been discussed below:

Stage 1: Written Test

• The written exam will comprise 150 objective-type questions carrying a total of 75 marks.

• The exam will be for 2 hours. The mode of exam will be Online and OMR-based. 25% marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Qualifying marks:

Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• This test is qualifying in nature
• If a candidate is found physically not efficient, he or she will be disqualified
• There is no scope for re-appealing in PET

Stage 3: Physical Standard Test (PST)

• In this test, the height and circumference of the chest of the candidates will be measured
• Candidates can re-appeal for the PST by paying INR 500

Stage 4: Proficiency Test (for drivers, band, mounted, dog squad)

• If any candidate fails to qualify proficiency test, he or she will be disqualified
• Minimum qualifying percentages are the same as written exam given in stage 1
