SSC CGL 2024 Result Stages

SSC CGL result is announced after each stage of the exam is over. The SSC CGL exam will be conducted in two stages:

Once the result for each stage/tier of the exam is announced, the Staff Selection Commission releases the final SSC CGL result. This means that marks secured by candidates in the computer proficiency/skill test are not considered at the time of preparation of the final SSC CGL result. Candidates whose names/roll numbers appear in the final SSC CGL merit list/result are then allotted their respective posts as per the available vacancies.

SSC CGL Tier 1 Shift-wise Analysis

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to check their SSC CGL final result 2024

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC – ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the result tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the SSC CGL result link.

Step 4: Find your roll number in the SSC CGL final result PDF.

Step 5: Download the SSC CGL result pdf for future reference

The candidates should note that if the desired name/roll number is not present in the result pdf, it implies that such a candidate is not selected for the DV stage irrespective of his or her name present in the previous final result pdf.

Candidates can check SSC CGL marks and download the scorecard by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website - ssc.gov.in
• Enter username and password in the space provided on the Home page
• Enter the captcha code given on the screen
• Click on Login button
• Click on the Result/Marks tab
• Select the exam from the dropdown
• Click on Submit
• Check and download the SSC CGL scorecard

SSC CGL 2023 Result 

Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL 2023 Revised final result on December 6, 2023. The Commission released the result notice on its official website and mentioned that the SSC CGL 2023 final result released on December 4, 2023, stands cancelled due to an error in the DEST marks calculations of 261 candidates. These candidates were marked absent in the DEST and hence the whole calculation of the final result is rendered incorrect. The Commission released the revised SSC CGL 2023 result and selected 23 not selected candidates in the result. On the other hand, the result of 23 previously selected candidates was changed to not selected. The service allocation of 49 candidates was also changed under the revised result.

In the revised result too, the Commission selected 39,273 candidates for the DV stage. The Commission also released the SSC CGL 2023 Cutoff with the result pdf. However, the cutoff has not changed in the final result. The Commission released two separate PDFs each for the JSO and other posts. The Commission mentioned the rank, roll number, name, and category of the candidate in the SSC CGL 2023 result pdf. The Commission will release the SSC CGL final result online only and no offline publication will be made. The Staff Selection Commission has already taken the option form from the candidates and processing the same to prepare and release the result. The Commission conducted the SSC CGL exam 2023 on October 26 and 27, 2023.

SSC CGL 2022 Result

The SSC CGL option-cum-reference form was available from April 27 to May 4 for the candidates. The candidates need to fill it out and upload a scanned copy to the regional website to which they belong. The last date to submit the form is today. The Commission will consider the option-cum-service preference of the candidate and the number of vacancies available to them in their category.  The candidates will be assigned to the next post preference in case their first preference is unavailable to them. The Document Verification process will be done at the concerned department after the final result.

The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL mains answer key after a slight delay. The last date to send the objections against the incorrect questions/answers given in the SSC CGL mains answer key (tentative) was March 17. The Staff Selection Commission conducted the SSC CGL exam from March 2 to 7. 

Staff Selection Commission will release CGL result pdfs for each of the post groups. The Commission is expected to release the SSC CGL Tier 1 result very soon. The number of candidates available for the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be large in number because of the SSC CGL vacancies are highest in the recent years. The SSC CGL final result 2021 has been released online at ssc.nic.in. on March 17. The Commission released the result online only with the SSC CGL cutoff for all the post groups. The Commission released the SSC CGL cutoff for all the post groups. In addition to that the Commission also released the percentage cutoff for the CPT/DEST conducted in December 2022. The Staff Selection Commission selected 7,541 candidates for appointment purposes. The commission released the number of candidates selected under each category against the vacancy of each post.
