UPSC CAPF Syllabus 2025: The CAPF syllabus for the written exam is very important because there is only one written exam and it has the highest proportion (weightage of 75%) of marks in the final result. The syllabus and exam pattern go hand in hand and hence the candidates must internalise the UPSC CAPF exam pattern also. The CAPF syllabus is the key to the preparation and hence the syllabus should be prepared in its entirety. The syllabus should be prepared with the help of NCERT books and after that, the standard books are prescribed for each section of General Studies.
The candidates should prepare all the topics mentioned in the official syllabus. There is no weightage of topics mentioned in the official syllabus. The candidates need to note down the number of questions asked from each topic and consequently, after analysing four or five papers, the importance of the topic can be ascertained. The candidates should also corroborate the topics with the previous year's question papers and the corresponding cutoffs of those years.
