Good college for the preparation and good faculty members.
Placements: Placement cell is good and companies do visit for our placements. Most of the students are selected for IT and the opportunities for government jobs are also great. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA. We have recruiting companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Asian Paints, and Mahendra company.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good and also the Wi-Fi and other services provided are well maintained. The quality of food is decent and all other facilities are provided. The management for the same is very great. Games are also available for students to play.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The teaching quality is great and they support us in every possible way. The semester exams are good and we can pass the exam if we study 1 month before the exams to get a decent CGPA.

The college is good and nice in culture.
Placements: Software development: There are many companies that come to hire students. The average package of CSE students is 5 Lacs. The best recurring company coming to our college is IBM. The best part of our college is that in 2023, 50 students from last year ranked in GATE, and 1 student got AIR 1 in GATE.
Infrastructure: The food is average. Washrooms are in good condition. The food served to students is not too good, but it is eatable. The Wi-Fi works 24/7. All the wardens and supervisors have good behavior, although they are a little bit strict. The washrooms are okay in condition.
Faculty: There are several types of activities done in a year, like college fests, robo race, robo war, hackathons, and many more cultural activities done in our college. The semester exams are a little bit difficult, but also easier than IITs and NITs. You have to study well enough to get a placement.

If anyone only wants to get into a government college, they can opt for this college.
Placements: The placement may be possible in this college if you are a good student and you have knowledge of core and coding subjects, you get placed. But companies came here with offers of 15 LPA. Most of the students don't have proper knowledge. So most of the students are placed with packages of 3-4-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: This college offers many courses. It has good faculty. The whole campus has Wi-Fi support. Classrooms are a little bit not in good condition. The campus contains a very big library, and the engineering department has its own library. Hostel conditions are good but not very good. The quality of food you get will be manageable. Sports facilities are very good. They provide all support in terms of sports or any field.
Faculty: All the semesters and exams run on time. The teachers are well-qualified, all the teachers have M.Tech. The college curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. There are 5 units in each subject and you have to complete any 3 chapters to score good marks in the exam. You have to score a minimum of 40 in each subject to pass.
Other: There is a fest held every year. There is no concept of co-education; both boys and girls have different campuses.

Good facility but boys college.
Placements: The percentage of placement from my college is about 50-70%. The top companies are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. If I talk about internships, you should do it on your own if you are in the second year, and for the third year, there will be chances of getting internships.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is available all the time, and the rooms are okay. The quality of food in the mess is not very good, and it is okay. In a week, either one day's food is bad. There are fields for playing basketball and cricket, and there is also a badminton court. The hostel is fully attached with a geyser, and maintenance is also good in winter.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course is industry-required and helpful for future outcomes. The semester exam is easy to pass, and if you read previous years' papers, then you will pass. But for good marks, you have to study a little bit.

It is an average college, it is neither particularly good nor bad.
Placements: B.Teach placements at FET GKV, Haridwar, are average, with a limited number of students securing positions in reputed companies. The highest salary package offered ranges from 10 LPA - 12 LPA. But opportunities in core fields are less. Efforts to improve industry connections and diversity placement options could significantly benefit future batches.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. There are many opportunities for students in football, cricket, badminton, volleyball, etc. College participates in many national-level and state-level games. There are many students who are involved in NSS, NCC, and other programs.
Faculty: Teachers at FET GKV, Haridwar, are knowledgeable and approachable, ensuring students understand core concepts effectively. Exams are well-structured, focusing on practical and theoretical knowledge. However, the evaluation process can be strict, encouraging students to work harder. Overall, the academic environment is supportive but demands consistent effort from students.

Opened GKV detailed review.
Placements: Placements are average. If one studies well and focuses on their skills, they can grab it. The highest package offered this year was 15L, and the average of 5L is offered this year. Students have to apply for off-campus internships as no such on-campus internships are being given by the college.
Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities like sports, and all the labs are well-equipped with working equipment. Classrooms and lecture halls are big and have facilities like speakers and mics for faculty members, and also have projectors. The hostel is not that good as it does not provide any such facilities to students, and the mess food is also below average.
Faculty: The college follows the curriculum provided by AICTE. Faculty members are also not that much qualified as they cannot resolve the doubts of the students, and seniors also do not help in academics. Semester exams are easy, and previous year questions get easily available to each student so they can prepare from that.
Other: Campus life is also not good as, besides studies, there are no other activities that one can do. Only sports are one of the highlighting parts of this college.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
