Placements: Hi, this is Suraj. I was at Patna College from 2019 to 2022. It was a fabulous experience. Total of 80 students were in my class. All are good writers, and college gives us a platform. Many people who studied in my college became IAS and IPS after clearing the UPSC exam.

Infrastructure: The campus is eco-friendly, with many trees and a big playground. When we talk about a hostel, it has a friendly environment and also has a playground. It is located on the bank of the river Ganga, where students can take rest and enjoy the river. It gives us a pleasant experience.

Faculty: Teachers are the best in their specific subject, and they are very experienced. They help us a lot with getting good grades. The semester exam was tough; no cheating was allowed, and they conducted a strict examination. Students who cheat in exams get suspended from exams and classes.

The campus environment is very good, but a bit dissatisfied with faculty members.

Placements: Approximately 40% of students got placed from this course, B.A. . English (Hons). The highest package offered in this course was 20 lacs per annum to our seniors in 2016. The average package offered in this course is 4-5 lacs per annum. 10-15% of students got internships from this course. The top roles are offered in the filed of media, content writer, mass communication etc.

Infrastructure: All types of facilities are available in our department. There are 3 hostels, a huge central library, and Wi-Fi are available, but the speed of Wi-Fi is not much good. Currently, the mess facility is not available in our college. There is a canteen. Special doctors are recruited for college students. Every type of checkup is done on a monthly basis.

Faculty: To be honest, I am a bit dissatisfied with the faculty members of our department. As it is a government college, most of the faculty members are recruited on a contract basis. They are helpful and work hard, but I think they are not well qualified. The curriculum course is very relevant, and there is a big scope in this field for the students.

Other: I chose this course because the competition in this field is too less, and it is very easy to get placed from this course.

It is the best college along with faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: As I am from the non-vocational course, so there is no placement regarding our department. Placements are good for vocational courses like BBA and BCA and many other courses. There are also a good opportunity to join the best companies. The college has good up-tie ups with many companies.

Infrastructure: Patna College is the top college in Bihar, and it is also known as the oxford of the east. It has the best infrastructure with the best library facilities and availability of books and many novels. There are separate common rooms for boys and girls and a strong Wi-Fi network.

Faculty: The college provides the best faculty with top quality and helpful teachers. Teachers are very friendly and intelligent. They help students in every step and always tries to solve problems related to students studies. The college also organises many other activities that develop our skills.

Other: Patna College is one of the top-rated colleges of India and has a great place in the country. It provides the best teachers and skilled faculty that provides a good education in every department. I choose this course as it was my passion and also because Patna College has the best faculty in the English department.

A Decent Quality Of Education In An Old Fashioned College.

Placements: About 75% of the students get placements every year, and average salary can range up to 20k to 50k a month, depending on the company & student's qualification and ability. The salary package is a tricky thing, and a below average student can get the placement at 10k a month if he compromises.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are big & old fashioned being used since British colonial age. We have a decent library, and grounds for playing cricket & organising functions. There are many hostels allotted for students. The canteen serves decent food, at the very affordable price.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, helpful & knowledgeable. The teaching quality s decent, and attendance is compulsory. Every teacher has their method of teaching, most of the teachers teach textbook line by line while others skip some and give students tasks.

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placements are not good at all. If anyone want placements in Patna college, then I will recommend going to other colleges. This is not the right place as I observed. In my batch, only two students got selected from an unknown company. 11% students got the internship from the college.

Infrastructure: The campus is beautiful and well-structured. The classrooms are not too good. The labs are good. The hostels are old. The Wi-Fi is enabled. I did not face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college. For infrastructure, I think this is the right place.

Faculty: The faculty are worthy. I was fully satisfied with the faculty members of the Patna College. Teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was excellent. The teachers were very supportive. The ratio of student to faculty was excellent.

Other: The surrounding and connectivity were good. The scholarships are provided
