The AIBE XIX (19) 2024 admit card has the following details mentioned on it:

Q:   What all things are not allowed to be carried in AIBE (19) XIX Examination hall?

A:

Candidates will not be allowed to carry following items to AIBE 19 (XIX) Examination hall:

  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators etc.
  • Bare Acts with detailed comments
  • Books other than Bare Acts
  • Handwritten notes
  • Manuals and digests
  • Any other form of study material

While above items will not be allowed, candidates must carried the below important material in the exam:

  • Bare Acts
  • Bare Acts with short notes/comments
  • Pen and pencil
  • Photocopies of Bare Acts/downloaded copies of Bare Acts
  • Highlighted or underlines Bare Acts

Q:   How to learn time management for AIBE exam preparation?

A:

The best way to keep a check on your time management skills is by practicing as many AIBE question papers and sample papers as posible. Although there is no sectional weightage in the exam, it is advised that you allot yourself time to attempt each question during practice. Also, you must complete attempting all the questions within 3.5 hours.  You should practice one mock tests every week to excel in the exam.

Q:   Do I need to carry additional documents with AIBE XIX admit card?

A:

Yes, candidates who will appear for the examination have to carry a valid photo ID proof such as Enrolment ID as issued by the concerned state bar council, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport. Candidates can carry any one of the documents in original as well as photocopy. Also, candidates have to carry a self-attested disability certificate if they belonged to the PWD category. Candidates must not forget to carry their admit card too.  In case a candidate is not carrying any of the above mentioned documents, they will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

Q:   Where will the admit card of AIBE 2024 be available?

A:

AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024 admit card has been released online on the official website of the council; i.e. allindiabarexamination.com. The admit card of AIBE XIX (19) 2024 carries the candidate’s name, roll number, exam centre name and address, exam date and time, exam day instructions and others. Only those candidates who have submitted the AIBE 19 (XIX) Application form on time will be issued the admit card. However, in case the eligibility criteria set by the council is not matched, then they will not be issued the admit card.

Q:   When will the admit card of AIBE 19 (XIX) be released?

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the AIBE Admit Card 2024-25 on December 15, 2024 for the AIBE 19 Exam. Candidates must note that the council will not send the admit card of AIBE XIX (19) 2024-25 through speed post. In order to download the hall ticket, candidates will have to use their registration ID and password. The AIBE XIX (19) 2025 exam will be held in pen and paper-based mode. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card. The admit card of AIBE XIX (19) 2024-25 will include the candidate’s name, roll number, exam center name and address, exam date and time, exam day instructions, and others.

Q:   What all documents are required on AIBE 19 Exam day?

A:

AIBE XIX admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the allotted test centre. Along with the admit card, candidates will have to carry any of the following photo Id proofs to the test centre:

  • Voter ID
  • Aadhaar Card/ Enrollment Slip
  • Passport
  • Driver's License
  • Advocate Enrollment ID with State Bar Council

Things Not to Carry

Things that are prohibited inside the test centre include:

  • Books and Notes
  • All electronic items including mobile phones
  • Jewellery or any other valuable
  • Books or study material barring Bare Acts

Q:   Which book is the best for AIBE exam 2024?

A:

The bar examination is no longer an open book examination. Therefore, candidates appearing for AIBE XVII should be careful of choosing best books for AIBE preparation. However, getting best books for AIBE examination can become a challenge as the syllabus is vast.  Candidates appearing for the bar examination must prepare with Bare Acts without comments. The Bare Acts to be used while preparing for AIBE are:

  1. Indian Penal Code, 1860
  2. Indian Contract Act, 1872
  3. Indian Evidence Act, 1872
  4. The Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 and others
