Q:   Will the AIBE question paper include questions from subjects and topics I studied in LLB?

A:
Yes, the subjects from which questions are asked in the AIBE exam are asked from topics that are taught in the three-year LL.B. / 5-year LL.B. Degree course. Candidates will find familiar questions that they must have studied/ attempted during their LL.B. Graduation. They will also find landmark judgements and case laws, which they must have been familiarized with during their years of studying LL.B. Therefore, candidates must study all the subjects carefully and refer to the case materials for the subjects mentioned in AIBE syllabus so as to attempt the question paper accurately.

Q:   How many languages is the AIBE question paper conducted?

A:
From AIBE 17 onwards, the Bar Council of India has decided to conduct AIBE in 22 vernacular languages apart from English language. Therefore, AIBE is conducted in English and 22 vernacular languages as under: Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi Kannada, Kashmir Konkani, Malayalam, Manipur, Marathi, Nepali Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu Bodo, Santhali, Maithili Dogri.

Q:   AIBE question paper will be released along with answer key?

A:

Yes, BCI will release the AIBE question paper along with the provisional answer key on the official website of the exam. After the AIBE 2024 question papers and answer keys is released, the candidates will be able to check all the questions and the keys. Q:   Are there any questions asked in the AIBE exam from previous years?

A:
Yes, as per the AIBE paper analysis by students, at least 18 questions were reportedly from the past years' papers. The question paper is based on the same syllabus every year, therefore the chances of repeating questions are higher. However, there can be a modification of language of the question, with facts remaining the same. There are case laws, recent laws, and landmark judgements on which the AIBE question paper is based, therefore, candidates must prepare such cases and landmark judgements thoroughly. Few questions will be based directly from the Bare ACT provisions / verbatims. Therefore, the Bare Acts (not all of them) should be read thoroughly to at least remember the articles/ sections/ sub-sections and clauses.

Q:   Can I take AIBE question paper home after the exam?

A:

No, candidates are not allowed to take the AIBE question paper or any other exam-related material outside the examination hall.
