Candidates will find familiar questions that they must have studied/ attempted during their LL.B. Graduation. They will also find landmark judgements and case laws, which they must have been familiarized with during their years of studying LL.B. Therefore, candidates must study all the subjects carefully and refer to the case materials for the subjects mentioned in AIBE syllabus so as to attempt the question paper accurately.

Q:   How many languages is the AIBE question paper conducted?

A:
From AIBE 17 onwards, the Bar Council of India has decided to conduct AIBE in 22 vernacular languages apart from English language. However, there can be a modification of language of the question, with facts remaining the same. There are case laws, recent laws, and landmark judgements on which the AIBE question paper is based, therefore, candidates must prepare such cases and landmark judgements thoroughly. Few questions will be based directly from the Bare ACT provisions / verbatims.
