Q:   Does DU offer 1 year LLM?

A:

No, Delhi University offers a full-time LLM programme of two to three years duration at the PG level. This course is offered by Faculty of Law under DU. University of Delhi LLM admission is conducted in online mode and for final selection, candidates are required to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university. CUET PG exam is conducted by NTA and considered by DU for admission to LLM course. Candidates after completing graduation can apply for DU LLM programme.

Q:   Can I get into DU with 500 score in CUET UG?

Delhi University offers UG courses based on CUET UG exam. Based on the DU B.Com Hons. cutoff 2024, It is not possible to get into DU with 500 score as the cutoffs for all the affiliated colleges under Delhi University were comparatively above than the score of 500. Further, DU CUET UG cutoff 2024 ranged from 608 to 758 for the General AI category candidates for B.Com Hons. However, cutoffs can vary as per the courses, for some courses, it is below and for other, it is above. Candidates seeking admission to Delhi University for the two-year MSc programme must have completed a BSc (Hons)/ BSc degree or any other relevant undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate. In addition to this, eligible candidates are required to have a valid score in CUET-PG exam conducted by NTA to secure admission to university. Final selection will, however, be subject to the final seat allotment done by the university on the basis of the course/college selection of the students and their scores in the CUET PG exam. Q:   Can I take admission in DU MBA without CAT?

A:

No, aspirants wishing to apply for any of the MBA colleges under DU must pass CAT. DU colleges offering MBA provide maximum weightage to the CAT percentile. Check below the CAT weighate for admission at DU:

A:

Delhi University MCom admission up until 2021 was offered in two categories: Direct Admission and Through Entrance Test. Also, along with the entrance exam, interview rounds were also conducted for admission to Delhi University PG programmes. There was no minimum age limit to take admission to the MSc programme offered by the university. However, DU PG admission 2022-23 was subject to a valid score in DUET as announced by the University.

Starting 2023, the admission process of DU for its postgraduate courses, such as MA, MSc and MCom will be subject to the CUET-PG exam conducted by NTA. After the results, qualified students will be required to appear for the seat allocation process conducted by the university for final seat allotment.
