Q:   Who is eligible for IIMC Delhi PG Diploma course?

A:

For admission to a IIMC New Delhi PG Diploma course, candidate should have passed bachelor's degree programme from a recognised university. In addition, the aspirants appearing for the final year examinations can also apply. However, the admission is then offered on provisional basis and is confirmed only after the submission of the pass certificates. The certificate must be submitted by Sep 30 of the admission year. Moreover, the candidates age should not be more than 25 years as of Aug 1 (30 years for SC/ST/PWD category candidates).

Q:   How to check the IIMC Delhi merit list?

A:

Candidates, who have applied for various courses at IIMC Delhi, can check their admission results in the form of a merit list online. The merit list is published on the IIMC official website. Candidates who make it to the rank list can participate in the counselling for selection.

Q:   Can a candidate apply online at IIMC Delhi?

A:

Yes, a candidate can apply through online mode. IIMC Delhi accepts online applications through its official website. This registration process shall be carried out after the declaration of CUET-PG application process and candidates who meet the cutoff can apply. Aspirants need to fill in the application form with details such as name, parent’s name, educational details, etc. Further, to submit the form, aspirants have to pay an application fee. The application fee payment can be done through credit card/debit card/net banking. Students should keep the receipt with them for future references. 

Q:   What are the questions involved in the entrance exam for Journalism courses at IIMC Delhi?

A:

For the PG Diploma courses, CUET-PG is accepted. However, the institute may admit students through its own entrance test. The syllabus of the entrance exam for Journalism courses (Hindi, English and Urdu) comprises questions from General Awareness, Aptitude and Mental Makeup, Language Capability, Analytical and Comprehension Skills, Ethics & Values, and Sensitivity to social issues.

Q:   Will the CUET PG 2024 Scorecard releasing along with the result?

A:

Yes, the CUET PG 2024 scorecard will be released along with the results.

The NTA Score of CUET (PG) 2024 would be valid for admission to the academic year 2024-25 only. Scores and candidate data would be shared with the University where he/she has applied. The Score Card will contain separate scores for Part I General papers (25 questions) and Part II Domain Knowledge (75 questions) for each course wherever applicable). The University can draw the merit list based on the total score or only on the score achieved in Part II the Domain Knowledge Section.
