The last date to apply for admission in one of the most prestigious and diverse universities in India, Jamia Millia Islamia, is May 31, 2020. Thereafter, candidates will not be able to apply for admission in any of the courses. Candidates have to appear for the JMI Entrance Exam and clear the written exam in order to get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia.

The application window for JMI Entrance Exam, was to close on May 4, 2020, however, due to the nation-wide lockdown caused by the global pandemic known as COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Jamia Millia Islamia extended the application window further till May 31, 2020.

Candidates can follow the step by step process on how to apply for Jamia Millia Islamia Entrance Exam.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia.

Step 2: Click on ‘Study at Jamia’, which will be right on top.

Step 3: Click on the link ‘Apply for 2020/21 UG/PG/MPhil/PhD’.

Step 4: The students will be directed to a new portal where they will have to register first.

Step 5: After registering, the candidate will have to apply for Jamia Millia Islamia.

Step 6: Fill in your personal, academic details. Upload the images as required according to the size and dimensions.

Step 7: Once uploaded, proceed to pay the application fee via online mode.

Step 8: Once the payment has been made, the candidate has successfully applied for JMI Entrance Exam.
